These are not deals they are discontinued markdowns. Its all part of an exercise to finally rid ourselves of all our discontinued (Its called Megasale) by making reductions till its all gone. We receive communications telling us what has been reduced to what and it usually goes pretty quick. The older the store the better deals you'll get. Depends on how well a stores got behind it but we've been doing this now since the first week of september but most stores are cleaned out of the High Value things like cameras, satnavs, etc

No have work, can't sleep as its to warm. To be honest I'm getting sick of this sale. Everytime a new sheet comes down, people (staff) come hanging around trying to get stuff. It's like vultures circling, and they don't believe me when I say theres nothing left high value wise. One of my team lost her husband not long ago and she keeps getting panic attacks because people keep trying to come in our bond to get stuff and won't take no for an answer and I lost my rag yesterday. New bargains to report, some clipstrip Energiser 4pk AA batteries are scanning at 29p, I'll get the barcode today. I have some exdisplay digital photoframes starting at £5 (although some are a little scruffy), Garmin 500 bike GPS £20, Tesco MDF 42" TV Stand £1 and a Technika 19" LCD TV with an IPOD dock (although its missing the remote) for £49

I'm not 100% on this but I think its because they worry T*sco will be searching the net and the forum for glitches and offers they want to prevent. By distorting the name just enough that its too difficult to pick up yet still possible to be understood they maybe hope to extend the offers and glitches for everyone else.

managed to get the george foreman but the kenwood triblade that i was really after were all going through at 32.97 so tried 2 other stores and they all had them but at the right price

Hi, been watching this thread for a while now, but no luck in my local stores. I've been to D*rh*m and K*ngst*n P*rk but never managed to track down any of the things I'm looking for. Anyone had any joy in the North East stores. I'm interested in:
- eReader
- Camcorder (or Camera with decent movie option)
- sat nav - my wife's directions are driving me mad

Also, I've hunted high and low for self scanners in these stores but no joy - does anyone know if they have them and where they are?

The self scanner in K*ngst*on P*r* is near the clothes. I haven't been able to get any reduced electrical items but did get some toys last Saturday.
