NOTHING in any of the 3 stores I tried today, i scanned loads on the self serve checkouts, all stuff mentioned going cheap above , but full price (and put it all back correctly) was causing a scene cos when an item is tagged, you can't void it without assistance.

I thought my luck was in I spotted the 7'' twin portable DVD players but scanned at full price and that is the 1 and only thing I would like.

  • I have joined this thread a little late - but wow, some brilliant shopping done here already - well done. I am pretty new to smartphone technology, does anyone use/know of a Barcode scanner app that would help us while we look for prices? My local store's scanner-check machine is permanatly off.

    Thank you in advance x

No there are no applications that would keep you up to speed with these Tesco prices. The best app. is to watch this site! :D

Just got back with another Tresemme 2000 hairdryer £2.86 and 2 sets of headphones £1 each so am happy. Definately most stuff seems to be going to staff as they were busy reducing toys in one store I was in and the staff were getting far more than the customers. But it's not all staff as when I've paid quite a few staff are shocked at the prices. It would seem to be the select few in each store that are getting the bargains!

    Hi nikkilala

Which headphones were these please the sony one's? Thanks and were the toys being reduced in Y or BB please?

    Thanks
