Thankyou so much0 -
I managed to get electric blanket for £2.50 and some hair straighteners for nearly £4.
I am really happy about this blanket as my flat is really cold and this will help with heating bills.
I would really like to get cheap sewing machine but I didn't see any in my local T0 -

Just PM me - the first PM gets it but I may not be able to reply until this evening!! If no one is happy to do that then I'm sure I'll find someone to give it to at Christmas!! I just saw it and remembered it was popular on here!!

How really lovely of you, kiely124 I'm sure you have made some MSE'ers v happy. Yes there may be some people who grab everything they can just to get all the bargains and for some people making a profit on ebay is what matters, but I think most of us here like to just take what we actually need or want and leave the rest for others to find and buy. And then there are lovely MSE'rs like you who go above and beyond.Be nice - it's free!

I just got some twin pack clear 40w bc light bulbs for 25p pack (bargain as £1 shop you only get 4 for £1)
Battery section: Tesco Everyday 12 pack AA Long Life batteries SEL £3.00 but scanned @ 40p pack (so quickly nipped back for 4 more packs, could have bought loads but not greedy)
Nothing much on offer - some clearance sections in one store and none in another.
Glad about the batteries as missed the 1 + 2 free AA as oos then pulled.0 -
Thought all the bargains were gone as I was told by one staff member earlier, but had to pop in to Tesco again and persuaded another one to have a look if there were any laptops tucked away anywhere. She came back with 2! Dell 1545-3881 £149.00 in black (not sure of spec) and a Dell 1545-9174 £99.00 in Purple.
So don't give up just yet, try and charm one of the friendly staff and you might be lucky?
