Guess which threads are about positive price rises and which are about negative house prices?

Indeed. I notice also the recent Halifax rise only ran to 32 posts, whereas we're already up to over 80 here.

How wrong can a poster be.

    Every day an education.

I had no idea what "billy bear" was until you mentioned it but a quick google has informed me.
Looks a real treat. All the better with ketchup and crisps added to that sandwich I'd have thought?
Try it and let us know.

Not sure on the ketchup, with that I find it tasty enough without crisps to give it a kick. (unlike standard ham sandwiches).

I did find it funny how I was eating billy bear on sandwich update day as I really didn't plan it that way (remember my mum made it).

But give billy bear a try bull or bear, its a great! :D

Are you saying that you believe what you read on HPC ?

Anyway, I was under the impression that you had that site closed down. Something about you waving your sword around.
