Stevie and Ukcarper are too concerned with pretending they can't figure out what a chav is, and FTBfun is trying to figure out what the bitter taste is all about.

As I said on a thread yesterday, or the day before, this isn't really about the house prices, it's about getting one over on other people, often on other forums and being "correct". Hence drops tend to be relatively quiet, while rises seem to end up looking like we've all just beeing drinking too much lemonade at playgroup.0 -

Well done on catching up. However, I was just asked for anyone who thought prices would surge. Sure, the word soar is used instead of surge, so yes, technically, I am completely wrong and should be hung for it.0 -
