so sorry to hear about your dad flirtini, hugs
xx
had a UU:
BS shea whip-WIBA? maybe, a nice thick lotion that has really helped the bumpy bits on my arms, but don't like the smell- too masculine. It clings to the side of the bottle which made it difficult to get the last quarter out but I left it overnight upside down and got most of it out:money: I will reuse the bottle for almond oil as it has a pump and can be used in the shower:TI bought the shea fragrance hoping it wouldn't be as overpowering as the fruit ones-which I do love but clash with perfume. So yes, but in another flavour. Have the same in mango next.
I thought my olay cleanser would be finished but of course the MSE in me had to cut it open and discover about a weeks worth left *sigh* its not bad, just not exciting...
and my aunt has asked me to buy a no7 suncream with the voucher so no temptation, and more ac points:rotfl:Toiletry spend £34.95 In: 10 out:130 -
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad, Flirtini. I can't even imagine what that must be like. Best wishes to you and your family.
I haven't been on in a while, so have a list of UUs/INs.
UUs:
Clarins gel melt cleanser - WBA - quick, easy and efficient
Elizabeth Arden Pretty body lotion - WNBA - too scented
S&G Hand food - WBA - smells lovely and sinks in quickly
IN:
LUSH vanilla dusting powder
LUSH ma bar bubble bar
Have a good evening all!0 -

Blended in really well and it did give a smooth finish and made pores look smaller and softened frown lines. The girls at work commented that I looked really well and that my skin did look good (I did fess up to what it was I had used). The only thing I did notice was that I do have an oily t zone and that by lunchtime I would say i was looking a bit shiny so tomorrow I am going to try some anti shine before applying.
Thanks for the review AT. Do you mind me asking your age? I noticed on the box that it put the age limit for usage at 35. I am 42 but don't consider myself to have many lines so thought this would be ok for me. Am still thinking I'll await the samples.
Another UU for me today: rollerball handbag sized bottle of Philosophy Pure Grace. WBA as I love this fragrance plus I still have the matching shower gel and lotion left to use.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Forgot to mention my recent UUs:
Lush Trichomania shampoo bar - WNBA, I think it would be better for curly hair, but it did smell nice and last ages.
Boots Coconut & Almond Conditioner - WNBA - not quite strong enough for my dry hair, but I do recommend it for normal hair, it was under £1 so pretty good.
Lush Mandarin's Tea Party Soap - WBA if it came back (2010 Christmas special) - nice, spicy orange soap.
I think I may be lost to my toiletries obsession for this year - I've been on the Lush forum and seen the new products for Christmas - they've really outdone themselves this time!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

Hi all, just sneaking in to report some Ins, I have been a little naughty! So, even though I have a drawer full of toiletries at my mums (that I am currently dutifully adding to my stash list tonight to keep busy!) I succumbed to the no7 £5 off skinny. And I had two, so bought the balancing cleanser and balancing toner. I think I now have enough cleanser to last a couple of years... And I also bought the Garnier essentials 2 in 1 makeup remover seeing as it was £1.98 for 200ml in Wilkos (I miss shops like that, and Savers, in London!!) -at that price it was rude not too. Am glad I did - just tested it (and I wear a fair amount of eyeliner and budgeproof mascara) and it came off like a dream. At least as good as the no7 or loreal eye makeup removers I also use and cheaper than both, so I'd recommend!
Thanks again to all the hugs from you guys, it helps a lot and is comforting. Xxxx0 -
Can I just say there have been some lovely posts on here in support of each other recently, read many of them with a lump in my throat. How good to know they help.
No Wilko or Savers in London? Yeek.
I've UU'ed a Mitchum roll on but as I never buy anything else it doesn't seem to count, really. Another already in use. I have seen the 50 ml Mitchum travel size as cheap as 89p in Savers.
A Dove Intensive conditioner sample (50ml) arrived in the post the other day -a freebie Non Bought In.
Splutterers are all in for long service medals it would seem, cut open my empty foot lotion to be greeted by a massive wodge of product clinging to the sides.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... morning all, think I reach an all time high as a :money:today when I used a cotton bud to remove the last bits form a sample tube of moisturiser:rotfl:
knowing what a kind lot you are I wondered if any one was interested in doing a shoebox for a child at Christmas so here is the link.It costs £2.50 to send and you choose the age/sex of the child. As they take some tolietries e.g soap it could be a nice way of using stuff.i have no connection with it except a note in our church mag asking people to do 1.

Morning
I agree - people are very supportive here - its my first experience of online people and I have to say it is really warm and friendly.
I have two UU to report - both i WBA as they are my HG products ( and have already:o)
LE cleanse and polish - reminds me when i do use it daily my skin is fab, so I am trying to get better at an evening routine - i clean my teeth in the last ad break before i go to bed if i am watching TV so i can just go straight to bed once i am ready, need to try to get in the habit of cleansing then too.
John freida lightening blonde conditioner - saves colouring quite as often and makes my hair silky and shiney.
Have a lovely sunny day
