Felt abit itchy and very heavy - but then i am used to mineral powder foundation now.
i have only been wearing it in the evenings anyway as it is too orange for me to go out in!!!
I found it too pale for me and made my face look dull and I was aware of it on which is not a usual feeling....i did 1 side of my face in it and the other in the clinique moisture surge one I use and the difference was clear a def nono to MF I'm afraid!0 -
Hi all, wow is it hot today or what? We should make the best of it before it changes.
Someone (sorry I have forgotten who) was asking about hair wax for a new do, I have choppy hair with a longer fringe and use Tigi bed head, the manipulator, lasts ages and is fab.
Sarah - hope you are feeling happier today, fancy posting things like that about you on facebook, I am afraid the whole facebook thing has bypassed me, I wouldn't want to broadcast my every feeling to everyone. Hope you don't let it get you down. The devil makes works for idle hands0 -
Another UU from the neverending spluter list. Right Guard Deo WBA if on offer. I am now onto my last can of Sure.
Flirtini - I do hopeyou are doing ok xx
Sarah - That FB thing sounds horrible. Your SIL sounds like a nasty piece of work. I am still quite shocked what people put on FB. My cousin found out about her OH's affair through it being announced by her SIL on FB - SIL was not involved in the affair - just being very cruel. Having a bit of a makeup trauma at the mo - the age old question of trying to find the right foundation. Lots of people had recommended revlon colorstay as a good one to help oily skin. Do they do a shade that is even remotely close to my skin? Of course not...!! Oh well, onto the next one.
Today's been a rubbish day as we had to sort stuff with the funeral home and the solicitor - but in a way at least it's kept us busy. Trying just to not dwell on things too much. The sunshine is making it feel better - hope everyone gets to enjoy it while it lasts! :-)

UU's are slow this month. Today I used up a sample sachet of Clarins Daily Energizer cream. I am so pleased I managed to get hold of a sample since I now know I definetely don't want to buy it. It's meant to be moisturising but I didn't notice that.No toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23

Hi everyone,
Just caught up with all the posts.
Very sorry for your loss Flirtini, my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
Only 1 IN (free)
Mini Dove intensive conditioner. The facebook freebie finally arrived! Better late than never I guess. I've already had a go with it, so far so good. Should get a good 5+ uses, so a great little IN.
One UU:
Mini Dove Go Fresh! Nectarine and White Ginger body wash. Using these half empty minis for swimming. WIBA? Lovely scent, and i'm keeping the mini bottle to refill again.
One OUT:
Gave my friend my mini Clinique blended face powder, as she really loves it, had run out, so in a moment of madness gave it to her!
I have one face wipe left for tonight, so i'll be back to declare that tomorrow. I can't imagine that there will be any more UU this month, so not bad for September.0 -
Another UU Wilko aloe vera after sun body better. WBA damn good stuff, been using it as a moisuriser to finish it off as have 2 ultrasun aftersuns from qvc for next years sun. Unless of course I get some this weekend:)Debt free and busy treating myself:)

Not everyone who is on Facebook uses it to "broadcast their every feeling to everyone" Viv - and it certainly isn't in any way compulsory! Those of us who are "responsible" users post what we want to and nothing else, and limit the information we share on there - not all FB users are attention seekers!Another UU from the neverending spluter list. Unbelievable - that sort of behaviour (and what Sarah has experienced) is a total abuse of an internet resource IMO. It's sad that something which can be such a great way of keeping in touch with people is misused by others to hurt and ridicule.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
