Flirtini,
Am only just catching up on the weekend posts. My deepest sympathy to you. I lost my Dad 18months ago and like you I didn't make it in time. He'd been admitted to hospital for some supposely straightforward treatment and died a week later, having not let on to me & my Mum just how ill he was.
The weeks after his death were the most difficult I've ever been through. After a while, people stop phoning, tell you life goes on and so on and that was the hardest time for me. But somehow, from somewhere you find strength and even though it still doesn't take much to upset me again, I know he's with me every day.
Hugs

Ladies, I've just realised that this thread has been going for nearly TWO YEARS now!
And you know what? I have used up a lot of toiletries, but I STILL have loads to use!0 -
One UU - Phytojoba Intense Hydrating Shampoo. Cost an arm and a leg but it does preserve hair colour really well. WIBA, yes but first I must finish the Daniel Galvin Jnr Colour Save (alo very good).0

We had 1.5 UU's last night. L'Occitane lavender shower gel mini size. WIBA?: It was bought for DD for Christmas and she didn't love it so no. Very expensive stuff IMHO. Original source cardamom and black pepper shower gel. (DH chucked it in the waste bin but there was still some in there so I dug it back out- still some left for tonight
) WIBA?: Meh, it was ok. Prefer the others though. A bit blokey really
.
Hope you're doing ok Flirtini. You'll be having a busy week I expect. Just know that we're all thinking of you (and sending dodgy hugs aplenty).

Flirtini I hope you're ok *hugs*
I have a UU!!! The LHJ that was Anna Sui Secret Wish Magic Romance perfume 50ml. WIBA? No. I loved the scent of it, and still have the body lotion to UU, but I already have so many perfumes to use, and there are plenty of new ones out recently that I'd like to try. Not sure what to go to as my next daily perfume, but I'm definitely going to enjoy shopping in my stash to choose!
I did order maybe a couple of Orly polishes from BrandAlley yesterdayI'll declare when they come though
Trying out the MaxFactor sample Sarah kindly sent me. No verdict yet.No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

Another UU for me Atrixo hand cream. WBA love this stuff, esp in winter when my hands suffer from the cold.Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
Valm - I have tried the Garnier BB cream, not exactly sure what it is supposed to be used as, a foundation or a moisturiser but it was awful, I have combination skin and it was way too thick and greasy, and too dark to boot. Have also tried the LE samples and when I apply my blusher it all rolls up and refuses to go on so I have binned them.
I've just tried some on the back of my hand and not sure what to think. It seemed very thin - have decided to await the samples and see what the coverage like is on my face.Ladies, I've just realised that this thread has been going for nearly TWO YEARS now!
And you know what? I have used up a lot of toiletries, but I STILL have loads to use!
How do I find out my joining date? I still have loads to use too -when the Philosophy TSV was on QVC at weekend I didn't even look as I knew I still had all the shower gels/lotions from the previous one to go at (this was bought last Christmas!). At least when I go away I only need to restock on the fragrance.Alton_Towers wrote: »An IN GArnier BB cream thought I would it a go and I have to say I am impressed. Also an Impulse musk body spray as asda have it for a quid!
AT - please let me know what has impressed you by the BB cream.
One more UU for me - Avon Celebre roll on deodorant. WNBA - too wet. Ended up with a lot of marks on my clothes from it. Have a Vaseline one in ready to use.
Have had to buy yet another L'Oreal Eye Make Up Remover today. So another IN for me.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
