Sorry to hear your news Flirtini.

I'm with everyone else, we've all proved to each other, one way or another, that whatever our problems or whatever is going on in our lives, we all seem to be there for one another and it just goes to show that virtual friendships are just as good as the real thing.

Flirtini - I am so sorry to hear what has happened. Be as kind to yourself as possible just now and distraction can indeed help you through the next wee while. After the funeral of my father I took my mum and we went down to London for the week. It received some rather mixed opinions from people but we didn't care - it felt like the right thing to do and we both believed it really helped us. We still go down for the week at Christmas & New Year (when my dad died). It will be five year's this year and I have just booked us up again to go. I am waffling a bit but the point is do what you need to do not what people "expect" of you xx

to echo others sentiments .I do love this forum we are all there for each other and we can talk about things we would not want friends/family to know about or they may be fed up hearing.
just heard about a woman and her 5 children dying in a fire today.....makes you count your blessings!
hope eveyone has a safe/happy weekend

My thoughts are with you Flirtini at this time xx Take care of yourself xx

I think i need to sit on the naughty step. Although I bought some of my HG shampoo and contitioner (John Freida sheer blonde lightening) at the start of the month (3 for£10 at Mr A) when i popped to the Coop this evening they had it reduced so i bought 4 conditioners and 2 shampoos. :o My justification is that it was only £2 each and I will use it. (just may last for years though and i was meant to be reducing the numbers!)
£400,000 starting Jan 2020 current end date Aug 2041 I would love the end date to be 2027 but will aim first for 2037.
    1% target £4000 so far £20 paid

Fliritini, I'm sorry about your dad. :( x

UU: I threw out 6 old things from my make-up drawer today, so I'm glad to have created more space. The cull will probably continue, too...:D

    *Hugs* for Flirtini
