Help, please - any seasoned travellers! Will DS1 need a plug adaptor for his Dublin trip? We've not been before.
Thanks.
No... And I don't think I'm confusing it with scotland

I'm thinking sparklers instead of candles...are the number sparklers any good? especially if one's a 1?
My godmother had sparklers on her cake. They were quite hard to light, so by the time the 3rd number was lit, the first one was almost going out! (she is 102!) Should be ok with 2 numbers though!
Good morning (just). I got up late (a well-earned lie in). Had a bath. i am dressed, had breakfast etc. Not done much else, except look at the new Ikea catalogue that has been posted through the door. Had a chat with DH this morning. He is reluctant to go to the doctors, incase he signs him off! He would then get more stressed about what would be waiting for him when he got back! I suggested finding someone he could talk to about it. He is thinking a friend/colleague who has been through similar. I have said that he may need to make his boss aware aswell. We shall see. He seems a bit happier today (playing Tomb Raider), but still not 'doing' anything
I started the kitchen cupboards yesterday. Emptied one then just shoved it all in the summerhouse  That is not getting rid, is it?I will empty the 2nd one, and re-organise. I want somewhere to put kitchen stuff that is used, but not necessarily that regularly. The 1st cupboard is too high & too deep for me to use easily, hence the 2nd cupboard needs to be done. The stuff in the 2nd one threatens to all fall out every time I open it anyway, so needs to be done
I am going to attempt to make my first batch of jam today aswell! DH & DS picked blackberries. I need to see if I have enough, & enough sugar. Wish me luck!!
Ok. I NEED to get off here now & get going!!0 -

In the process of starting tea in the SC I've also (because I had to): washed cat's dish and fed said cat, washed a tray, emptied and re-loaded DW, cleared and cleaned part of the hob.
On a normal day that would be great, but none of it was on my list.
However, SC is now filled with lamb, tomatoes, onions, carrots, spuds, kidney beans, herbs and stock. Lets hope it transforms magically into a lovely tea to be eaten with warm crusty bread.
Off to get washed and dressed and head out. Maybe I should also eat something more than DS2's leftover pancake.0 -
