Morning all, i've woken even more dosed than before. I cannot seem to shake this so i think i'll go to the doctor tomorrow about my chest as i need him to sign a form for DD going horse riding. Two birds and one stone..:D
Now to get kids ready for sunday school, DD is nervous because she'll come face to face with 2 bullies and i'm hoping they will have grown up over the summer. Hopefully she'll be OK..:(
Right i best shift...Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Morning flyladies
Had a great time in Wales, blessed with lovely weather. Struggling to find any good humour now we are home though.
Hoovered and mopped downstairs yesterday. So plan is to do the same upstairs today and clean the bathroom/shower room.
Hopefully some routine to flying will be resumed next week once the kids are back but I want it condensed to a short time each day to allow time for other things. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
cycling yorkie - do you need to reduce the file size? try uploading it in a smaller format to photobucket first, and then saving it back to your computer in a smaller format before uploading it.
I've got it saved in the right size both on my computer and on photobucket.
I just can't work out how to upload it!
I am such an idiot!
DD2 arrives back from her holiday in France today. My mate who took her rang last night to assure me that they have had a fantastic holiday and that DD2 and her mate are planning to live in France!
We had a text yesterday saying that were sipping champagne in the vip lounge on the ferry!!!!!!!!!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

LL that is absolutly fantastic news and definetly well deserved for the pair of you :j

Really, where in the forest? Coleford?
I think you mean Jassa, not me.
Cycling Yorkie - User CP, Edit Avatar, Browse (find and click on the file you saved on your computer), then save changes. Then find one of your posts and it should be there. I have had problems before when my file has been too big, and sometimes you have to try a few times to get it to work.
Lots to get done today, trying to sort upstairs out after the marathon efforts that cleared downstairs earlier in the week.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
im going to jump in the shower and then go to supermarket. its OH's granddads birthday next week and i need to get him a present and card. also i know i shouldnt but they have the huge boxes of the c word chocolates on offer so im thinking thats OH's dad and granddad for their birthdays and then 2 more for christmas when baby is here for unexpected presents.0

Morning all
Rant alert - We had no rain forecast until this afternoon, so I pegged washing out at teatime yesterday and left it overnight. Woke up to see that it had been raining and didn't act quickly enough - it's now raining again. It's mainly DS1's stuff and he'll want at least some of it for his trip, so the TD will have to go on.
Should be a busy day today, so I'd best revise my list. I'll take things off I can't do anyway and try to be realistic. Not my strongest point.Must-dos are in red!
try one more time to send work e-mails
finish laundry - [STRIKE]washing[/STRIKE], drying, sorting, ironing (essentials for tomorrow only) putting away
set up calendar
de-flea cat
forms for OH (DVLA and permitted work)
school to-do list
check uniform for DS2
check my clothes for Monday
contact DS2’s TA/childminder
sort OH’s prepayment cert for meds
[STRIKE]cancel buildings and contents insurance[/STRIKE]
sort packing list with DS1 - drafted list
buy 65th birthday card and a bottle of something for neighbour's husband
show face at neighbour's birthday barbecue (take OH's friend, because he used to work with him)
buy card and present for friend/colleague's birthday tomorrow
update spending record
[STRIKE]tea in SC[/STRIKE]
send DS1 to friend to print off something
check arrangements for DS1's trip with friend's dad (he's taking them to the bus station :A)
sort DS1's money
school work
sort work bag for tomorrow (new laptop wheelie thing due to arrive by Thursday :j)
organise to-do list for term-time
I think it will take a miracle to get on to any of the non-red items. Never mind. May consider swapping with OH's list (do duties at club, quick visit to pub, snooze, eat tea, go to club). Second thoughts, I'd be bored stiff.0 -

Hi All
Struggled to get up this morning, forgot meds last night after a short stint in the restaurant,so full of pain and empty of energy. I am dreading tomorrow the start of the new term for DD and the early morings again and the empty house. But I guess I will get into more routines for sorting out this chaotic abode.
DP doing VAT return, DD playing in her PJs, me about to start catching up with my emails before making lunch and doing a bit of ironin. Sun is tryring to get through the clouds here, thinking of going to the beach.
Have a great Sunday everyone.getting there slowly

Help, please - any seasoned travellers! Will DS1 need a plug adaptor for his Dublin trip? We've not been before.
Thanks.0
