Been out again and got some more voile and poles, now up in kitchen and DD2's room. Looks good and much more private.

I'm getting ready for a huge ebay purge, been eyeing up everything in the house. Better start getting some photos taken and descriptions written.

Vanilla, I'm glad your getting your place sorted re the decorating, sounds like a sensible plan. I may do like a Piggers and ebay all assets for jobs to be done round the house.
Apparently hubby is knocking down the rest of the walls in the bathroom tomorrow, **sigh** mucky, dusty, filthy job which spreads throughout the house.

I have finally packed...well put the stuff on the bed ready to put in the suitcase as I need DH to put a couple of other things out first. We had planned to take hand luggage only with us but our lovely airline only accepts bags that are 7 inches wide. Ours is nowhere near that and I'm sure not many are sold that thin...you wouldn't be able to fit anything in! I have packed my nail varnish and I will do that tomorrow as I can't be bothered now unless I can do it just before we get in the car and DH does eveything so I don't trash them!

Trying to get organised for Sunday night when we are back but I can't find my hair stuff for work...I knwo where I thought I had put it but it isn't there

OH will be on his way to work in a minute and I'm having a very late lunch - some decluttering to follow.
  • Good afternoon :D

I have had a busy day (working) but not much flying :( 2 loads of washing on the line (inc. cushion covers from LR as we had a jelly incident). Sofa & chairs also wiped down (for same reason!). they are probably dry by now, as it is SO HOT today! We haven't been anywhere today, as I had 5 under 8's this morning, 1 of which is a pain in the **** to take anywhere, let alone watching a 1 yo & 2 3 yo's  He has been argumentative & moany today - back to his usual form after lulling me into a false sense of security on Tuesday :(

DH has been busy at work, so I may declutter some Holby city episodes from V+ after 5.30 :) Roll on 5.30 & TGIF!! :j
