Well there you are then. No reason you shouldn't hear something back. Think good thoughts about it, and if it doesn't come off, at least you've applied for one, the next one will be easier to apply for! Good luck!
This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

    Fingers crossed, Jojo!

I've just ordered a free book from specsavers (for OH's eye test), which he let me choose. :D 2 nice parcels to wait for then (my new laptop wheelie case thing, too).

Still upating my list in the previous post as it's too long to re-post all the time and I want to keep crossing things off. Sad, I know. :o

Lovely news about Lady Liberty and her Vegas plans on FB. :T

  • I really must complete my OU application for Inside Music this week, or I'll lose my place. But I can't find a record of my SSI (?) number anywhere.

    Hi
I've just completed an OU application and my SSN Student Support Number was on my student loan paperwork from the SLC - is this the number you're looking for? hth
Good luck with your new musical career :p

I have decided it is time I started acting like a grown up. I've always wanted to be a grown up. :rotfl:
Mr LW says he refuses to grow up, cos there's nothing in it for him.:D We have a formula for calculating your "real" age - you just add the digits of your chronological age together. So... Mr LW's chronological age is 61, so 6+1=7, so his real age is 7. He'll be 8 in December. Based on that, I'm 6.:rotfl:

Still got my paw bandaged; I took the bandage off overnight, um'd and ah'd about putting it on this morning, did some totally normal task (I forget what) that made me scream in pain, so it's gone on again.:(

I shall be using the spray bottle of Stardrops solution I keep in the bathroom to give everything a quick once-over, and I'm afraid that'll have to do for this week; even then, I think I'll have to do a section at a time, and stop. At least I know the loo is all lovely and clean - I inspected it, and Mr LW did a very good job.:A

Mr LW has organised a few days away for us - he has 23rd Sept off for Mabon, and as he has leave to use up, he's taken the whole of the week following, so we'll be off to a hotel in Kent from the Tuesday to the Friday, of that week. I know zilch about Kent other than it's Shepherd Neame country.:D But I've still got 3 Flying weeks before that!:rotfl:

I promised myself an update once I've eaten the data frog. Now I've done the work, but can't add attachments to my e-mails .

LW, I hope I'm not 'speaking' out of turn, posting this on here. She mentioned on FB that she's planning going to America once she's well enough, including a visit to Vegas.

Door frames and skirting have been done in the hall. Second coat should go on our room later today, the room looks so different already. It's so light and airy where as before it was plaster dust, mould and dark crumbling walls. :rotfl:Suppose anything would be an improvement.

WM on again and a load out on the line, does look like rain tho.....I'll have to keep an eye. Livingroom has had a tidy and Rhys is still snoozing.

OberonSH your coping really well and well done on the weight loss. :T
Jojo fingers and toes crossed for you. :D
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

I'm not sure I like that theory, as it makes me 10 (2+8) and OH is just 5 (3+2). How in the world did I manage to become twice his age??!! :rotfl::rotfl: He'll be over the moon.

Oh, wait a minute, does this make him my toy boy?? :rotfl::rotfl:
