Thanks BB - i think it has, he's just a grumpy git when he first wakes up, and likes to think that everything is my fault - he's calmed down and apologised. Just waiting for him to come home from the yard now.
I've spent the afternoon on the sofa with puppy curled up on me, doesn't quite work as well as it did when he was tiny and eight weeks old - fully grown labradors are not lap dogs.... kept me warm though! Been reading One Day, it's quite good, going to treat myself to some new books next week after pay day.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

I've had such a lazy day
gone from bed to sofa and not much else inbetween!
Been researching places to stay when I'm on my hols in Oct/Nov, it's mindboggling! So many hostels to look at! Slowly narrowing it down though.

why would the snow put you off Bramble? Unless your thinking of a UK holiday, and even then you'd be ok! I'm off to hong kong, australia, new zealand and singapore for 4 weeks

NPM - Im pleased things have settled down. Why dont you take your mum up on her offer as I agree it takes ages to get an appointment on the NHS? I think you are a brilliant mum and that your husband is a loyal and caring step-dad to Noah - he is one lucky little boy to have you x
I have cooked up a ton of apples and now waiting for them to cool.
BB - which TV programme?
Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Hello chums not long home from my holiday. We had a great time even though the holdiday house was pants I have been in to the agents and complained and will put it all in writing tomorrow.Boys had a terrific time though and I spent tons of money so its back to normal now and NSD for about three weeks. We took the children over on the Hovercraft to see the aquarium in Portsmouth ,boy was it a cold day then.We also took them to see the Planet of the Apes film kids loved it I wasn't so impressed though the first one was the best.We also took them to see the wrestling show at Shanklin Theatre which they loved .DD took us all out for a meal last night and that was delicious and a nice end of holiday treat. My washing machine is whirring away as I type and I really feel quite chilly at the moment .The boys went fishing and 'crabbing' quite a bit and I did some relaxing reading.Never picked up my knitting once though,so I will have to get back to business now I'm home.I also did some genealogy whilst on the Island and discovered that my late OHs 5 x gt-grandma was called 'Repentance Smith' in the late 1700s Sounds very Pilgrim fathers doesn't it
<<hugs to lou>> you poor soul you really are going throught it this year aren't you I do hope you get a bit of good luck for a change.
and to NPM I'm sure things will calm down shortly,it can't be easy for any of you at the moment My thoughts go out to you all.
Well I am off to have some scrambled eggs on toast as that's what I fancy for supper tonight, ate far too much over the holiday and too many of Minghella's gorgeous ice creams I love their coconut one.Hope every one has behaved over the past two weeks ,great to have a holiday but nice to be home again and I look forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight
Cheers chums
