As everyone above have said, zero chance of refund.

If I was you flog it on ebay saying only used once, and you should get a fair whack for it.

(Also just to add- I thought it was well known than an iPad or any tablet isnt really a replacemnt for a PC or laptop, they are essentaily just a big smart phone. With a big £400+ purchase you should always do your research first. The Apple stores allow you to spend ages just looking through their stuff like iPads. There are 1000s of review sites which nearly all state that the iPad is not a PC replacment. Apples version of Windows- MacOS is available on the Macbook Air, Macbook Pro, MacMini and iMac. Its a good operating system but obviously isnt cheap).
