Good Afternoon All.
Back on track and raring to go ...
Have done things a bit back to front but decided to sort DD's bedroom a bit before painting the wall as I was tripping over everything. Anyway it is now almost sorted so can carry on with the paintbrush.
I have done a couple of tadpoles and a froglet relating to ebay. So happy to get them done. Still got to do the p45s but I have all the info so will get going on that.
Welcome back spendaholic chick! Don't feel bad and well done for getting your doors done.
iamsalt hope the crab apple jelly sets ok.
monnagran hope you managed to complete your editing of the church magazine
Lucyeff hope you are making good use of your 'own' time, even if it sitting down and having a relax. Remember you deserve it!
dannie well done for completing those bitty frog jobs, I think they are the most annoying.
Funeral a week on Wednesday - no black - so I need a new frock. Looking forward to seeing my Stepmum and her meeting my daughter who she hasn't seen since DD for 6 months old. So out bad things good things do come. So those are my rewards for all the little jobs I have got to do.
Hope everyone is well today and enjoying the good weather that we have here in Norfolk. xFootball Widow :footie:

Hell everybody,
Saturday was another different type of day whereby I went out for some exercise very early. This has become a "frog" to me due to various offputing reasons. The "reward" was that I also collected some bargain groceries for a friend and they were so pleased. Also, some favourite peanut butter for me plus feeling confident. The afternoon, however, was lacking motivation so did a "tadpole" which was a fridge freezer job. No need now to worry about the items perishing now.
Football Widow, I've a another bitty, decluttering "froglet" to do in the kitchen this afternoon but may pop out this a.m. again. Hope today unfolds more consistently and the weather is how it is forecasted for next week.0 -
Football Widow: Thank you for all your kind messages. I can tell that you are a really nice person!
Haven't quite finished the magazine but it is well on the way and will be finished (hopefully) ahead of time. That'll be a first!
Not planning on any frogs today. I try to make Sunday a bit different from the rest of the week, which in my case means not doing things with a clear conscience instead of not doing them with a guilty conscience. If you see what I mean.
I'll be gearing myself up for the week ahead. Well, that's the theory.
Happy frog squashing to all who intend to make the most of today.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Sorry, meant to have said "Hello everybody" - just noticed I missed the "o"! I did go out this morning but I will class this as a "tadpole" because I do prefer Sundays for venturing out. iamsalt reminded me of the availability of crab apples which is a seasonal task for me. One "reward" is the huge amount I obtained. I now intend to tackle the kitchen clutter.0

Hi everyone!
It's just a quicky because I've gone past my usual 'get cracking' time of 10am. I've got a new phone and it's driving me crackers, one of those android things (cheap on a loyalty deal with Orange!). So far, I've worked out how to find a hidden picture of zombies. But I can't figure out how to phone people or text yet. Bah. I'm getting too old and confused and busy minded for all this technology! I was hoping I could use it to help organise myself, but figuring out how to use the organiser is my first frog!!! And I sense an ongoing one.
Today I have to clean my through living/dining room. It smells (nay, reeeeks) of dog(s). And hasn't been cleaned properly for about 8 weeks. I am not looking forward to it. So that's a huge frog. It will involve a carpet cleaner and the washing machine, and possibly a belt sander to get through the dust to the surfaces. Big frog that one. It would be much easier if I just shaved the dogs so I could sponge them down every couple of days. If you ever decide to get a labradoodle on the basis that they don't moult, it's a huge stinking lie that one. Both of mine moult, I sometimes wonder how the puppy has any fur left as it comes out continually in massive clumps. Good job I knew to expect it could happen. I just never anticipated how much!
I also have to clean the bathroom this week - I'm not putting too much pressure on myself to do that today, hopefully if I get the room done, I'll do that tomorrow. Or maybe Wednesday as the room could be a two dayer. Stardrops and a car sponge and a lot of towels and the shower spray, and a big bin liner for the empty bottles. It's a froglet, but one that I'm not looking forward to!
On the plus side, I have shifted a mountain of dog poo and swilled the garden down with disinfectant today, and I cleaned all the bedrooms at the weekend, which took me about an hour seeing as I kept up with them. So it goes to show that the hard work has paid off, and that tackling a frog can make it a tadpole to keep up with!
Right. Hope you are all ok and sending you all positive vibes for a frog splattering day and big hugs to all those who need them!
Love from Luce xxx0 -
Good Evening all - well not many have posted today so I am presuming that there is lots of Frog crunching going on.
I went back to work this morning so haven't managed to tackle any frogs today. However tomorrow will be a different matter:
I have 7 tadpoles to do and DD's bedroom to carry on with.
Lucyeff hope you managed to get all that cleaning done.
Just brief visit as doing DD tea and she's getting impatient.;) xFootball Widow :footie:

Hi everybody,
Saturdays "froglet" decluttering was not quite finished but the overall amount was quite a lot. Today was a "tadpole" task looking through things I've saved and making use of anything. This is an ongoing task so the "reward" will eventually be more space and less time cleaning in the future.
Another "tadpole" job was to apply fertiliser to parts of the garden. Then spent ages sorting out yesterdays collected crab apples. This was a messy "froglet" task so I will be pleased if my recipe works.
Hope tomorrow will be productive. Good luck everybody.0 -
Good Morning all.
Well I am just having my fruit loaf for Breakfast and then off to do the second coat on DD's wall. Reward - cup of tea. Then my 7 tadpoles that need to be done. I may add a couple of extra jobs in as I am feeling really good today. So my mantra for today. Don't put off what can be done today!
Also looking forward to the good weather this week, so the guinea pigs can give the grass a good munch. I still think that they are very OS.
Have a great day everyone !!:TFootball Widow :footie:
