The thing is Dr Dragon was off on Friday so we did stuff, I wet to back some change whilst he nipped down the road to Boots, the problem is he took so long I had to walk down to join him as I can't stand still and there was no where to sit down! Then walked around Waitrose (and please why can't they have the meat/fish near the front door rather than the veg! you want to know what you are eating before you get the veggies!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Thank you very much Dragon!! Im headed to Prestatyn with my family at the end of the month, its one of those sun holiday weekends so I know the Friday-Monday will be full of burgers and beersrather looking forward to it though, so need to make an impact beforehand.
Weekings are my real big downfall, during the week I can be extremely good at work. However, this weekend hasnt been too bad, been filling myself up in between meals with lemon water and coffee (invested in a coffee machine so have hot coffee on tap!).Single working mummy to 3 year old cheeky monkey DFD: July 2016 - Tesco Loan [STRIKE]£14,000[/STRIKE] £13,490 / Owe dad ([STRIKE]£500[/STRIKE]£450 / Very account £[STRIKE]70[/STRIKE]60 / Overdraft £270 = Total (Jul11 [STRIKE]£14,940[/STRIKE] Now £14,300 (Paid off £670) Need to lose 14lb (3/14) (currently [STRIKE]11st12[/STRIKE] 11st9) Deseparately need a holiday for 2012 (£0/£1000) - Car Fund (£0/£1500) - Christmas Savings (£70)

Can I join in too please even though I'm a bit late. I weighed myself on Saturday 3rd and was 208 lbs:o. I've been really good this week, but didn't weigh as it's my TOM (sorry if TMI), and I usually gain a few lbs then so didn't want to dishearten myself when I was just beginning.
I have no scales at home so usually go to Boots on a Saturday to weigh in there so it'll be next Saturday before I weigh again. I'm hoping for 4lbs though at least, after my good behaviour!
I'm doing Couch to 5k for the umpteenth time, and I'm back to week 5 which is as far as I ever get. I just can't seem to do the big run on the last day and that's my big stumbling block. I'm feeling more positive this time though. I'm also doing a little bit of strength work too with OH's weights 3 times a week.
I'm on myfitnesspal too, as Hurricanewyn, and would love friends if anyone wants to add me. Only have OH at the moSealed Pot Challenge - member 1109:j0 -

Thank you...............
OH has expressed concern that I am too skinny now and I quote:- 'I use to be able to get a good hand full, you have shrunk and I only have half a hand full'I won't tell you which part of my body he was moaning about!!
However, I think it is time for new bras, as the cup is far too big on my existing ones:o plus my knickers sort of roll down now if I am wearing a skirt!
How are you getting on with your machine,? mine is here for another week, then OH will have done the Great North run, so he is sending it back.........Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Hi all,
Amazed to say I have lost 3lbs this week. :j:j:j Its all down to this thread as without it I would have given up months ago, so thankyou all, especially 'The Dragon' .
Whilst I have had a couple of larger evening meals this week, on the whole I have stuck to it with additional help of MFP making me aware of how many calories I have used. (I'm jovi20 on there aswell if anybody else wants to add me).
I have started taking my own food into work, instead of just going to the staff restaurant as I'm able to track what I eat better. I have also bought some lower calorie snacks, stayed away from my favourite nuttella and got back to making sugar free jelly. I have still a long way to go, but at this stage, can believe that I might actually get there, all be it a long way off.
I just need to make the effort to increase my execise levels.
Congratulations to everyone else who has lost this week and if its not been your best week, then just keep at it, don't give up!:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,
