Very pleased today as I've lost 3lbs
So I'm down to 9st 7lbs after a starting weight of 9st 10lbs.
Was really beginning to despair as I'd been really good with food for a week and a half and hadn't lost anything but now I'm moving in the right direction all seems worthwhile!
Really need to start getting some more exercise to help me tone up, if the weather doesn't improve enough for me to get on my bike I'll have to dig out my wii fit0 -
Please help to step away from the food. I feel like eating everything in sight today xDSavings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0

I ordered her 30 day shred DVD and it arrived while we were on holiday so am going to try and start that tomorrow - god help me! I was reading a thread on MFP full of people who have been doing it and some of the results they have achieved are amazing
Did I read that some of you are from Milton Keynes? Kazwookie, Molly 41? I am from MK too
Back from holiday so will be weighing myself tomorrow just to see how much damage has been done. Missed my Monday weigh in this week and I'm keeping everything crossed I haven't put on lots of weight. Hopefully all the walking we've been doing on holiday has counteracted the few naughty things I have eaten! One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Fairyshazza. I have the shred....it should come with a goverment health warning!!!!!!! How can just 20 minutes of exercise be THAT difficult:eek: Luckily it's on my GP's banned list;)
Birthday yesterday. My parents took me out for lunch and I picked the lowest calorie meal I could see and refused a desert. I felt very[STRIKE] virtous[/STRIKE] good:o In the evening we had a take away. I am deeply depressed at how much weight I have put on via just one take away and I have another one tonight:( I mean I will enjoy it at the time but I am beginning to realise how I got to this place in the first place.IYSWIM Still I will be back on the straight and narrow for Sunday.
Hope everyone is still doing wellEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -

Oh crikey! *scared* I just know it is going to kill me when I do it for the first time (and probably the second, third, fourth and thirtieth) :rotfl:
Weighed myself this morning and I haven't put anything on :j:j:j was probably about the best I could've hoped for after a week of erratic eating and walking only whilst on holiday. Now to get back onto the straight and narrow and really put some effort inOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -

I live near MK, :T
I have burnt loads of calories off this morning,:j:j all the house is hoovered, dusted, stuff put away, clean and sparkling, I have awarded myself 1/2 hour ie on here :rotfl: then clean the outside of the downstairs windows, hoover my car, wash my car, weed the garden, cut the grass, pick some more pears / apples and peel for the freezer, ironing................then once that is done I am sure I will find something else to do, instead of sitting on my butttt eating............:D:D
I have learnt if I keep busy, then I dont go looking in the fridge and seeing what I can eat next:o

Wow Kazwookie that is really impressive!. I have persauded OH to come on a five mile walk with me in the hope of using up just some of the calories that I ate last night and will be eating today. My next door neighbour has exactly the same birthday as me and his is a special one, which is why the celebrations this year, go on for two days....:DEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0
