Oh dear God.....I changed my mind and weighed myself on the Wii today and I'm now over 18 stone! Gah! Gained 2 stone in the past year and a half. I'll see how I get on with losing weight for my birthday.

  • Morning all. New scales so a very precise reading this week. 2 1/2 pounds loss for me, only another three pounds til I hit the 2 stone lost mark :D. Good luck to all weighing this morning !
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

  • Morning All,

Confession time (hangs head in shame). I have not made any effort at all with watching what I eat or do any exercise!!!! To be honest life has just taken over this week and I have hardly had time to think never mind meal plan/exercise etc.

I am currently on my own in work which means I can't get away for my usual lunchtime circuit training/piliates/run. I can't get away in the evening either (2 x kids) so that is the reason why I haven't been exercising! I have cover coming on Monday so I will be back on track by then and hopefully next week will be better.

As for the eating, well if I am totally honest I have just been lazy. I have spent that much time trying to get us all back into some sort of routine now kids are back at school that I just haven't meal planned or even bothered to do myself any lunches to take to work. This has resulted in me buying a very expensive and very fattening sandwich for lunch (usually accompanied by a bag of crisps) and coming home to bung a frozen pizza in the oven, wouldn't mind but I only have this sort of stuff in as an occasional treat for the kids, they think it's 'treat' night every night this week!

So there you have it, but, I am aware of this and I have a plan, ahh haa! This weekend will be spent meal planning and shopping to avoid me sliding any further down this slippery slope! Well done everyone else on your loses and good luck with the rest of the month xxx
    Just little old me!
  • Hi Everyone :)

I am still here, think I have finally managed to get back on track as last! Been doing Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30, going to try do two of her workouts a day as i cant deny the amazing results they give me. Guess I should take measurements as I dont weigh myself that often. As I'm smaller now the weight takes a lot longer to come off so weighing too often can be off putting. I will check it next week for the sake of this challenge though :).

    Still loving MFP
