  • ruby_eskimo Prague is lovely .I hope you have a lovely time and of course, are slim lithe and beautiful by the time you go:D
Lemon tree I also took a walk again today. I went to the shop for the groceries instead of taking the car. I have not been as good on the eating side today as my hubby made an apple pie with puff pastry and I did not want to offend him by refusing it.:o
On the plus side ASDA were selling a well known luxery probiotic youghurt in vanilla flavour at 60p a large tub instead of £1.20 odd, so I snapped up the last three on the shelves. We use it instead of cream or full fat creme fraiche:money:
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

Today and yesterday were ,erm, not very good. I've done some workout, but just ate too much :o
  • I've been pretty good on the food front but mildly alcoholic on the wine front the last couple of days.

However, i have decided to sign up for a two week boot camp in a couple of weeks so that will be 6 exercise sessions more than normal! (Normal is 0) :o.

Just completed my food diary from today on MFP. My daily calories total seem to be slightly increasing each day, that alongside the fact I've been at work today and done even less exercise than normal will not help me with the challenge.

I've decided to try and be a bit more organised and plan tomorrows meals the day before, check calorie content before actually eating as I made some tuna & sweetcorn pasta salad tonight,to take to work for lunch tomorrow, then inputted it to see how many calories. It ended up at just over 600, so decided not to take it and have a tesc0 light choice ready meal, with only 400 calories instead. That means I can have some fruit for pudding or snack aswell. - Hopefully OH will eat the pasta while I'm out!

There is one in the parks at MK as my friend has done it over the summer.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Ho hum...STS for me this week. Am not really surprised but am fed up...dress fitting in 2 weeks, wedding in 6 and I'm now thinking that if this hasn't motivated me then nothing will. And then I got even mor irrational thinking that if I did by some miracle lose weight after the wedding it'll depress me that I hadn't been able to do it before :(
