Oh, and maybe made a few people laugh along the way.[/QUOTE]
You certainly have done that for me :beer:0 -
Well Mr B, thank you for dragging me kicking & screaming into the 21st century. Kindle for pc app downloaded, plus your book (:eek:, crikey, that's some imagination :eek::o:D) and a load of free books, so need to give it all a go as have been toying with idea of a Kindle from Santa (if there are any left.........) (Santa's that is, not Kindles)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

What? There is going to be a Santa shortage? Must get down to Arg&s and buy up the lot then sell for silly profit on Eb*Y:rotfl::rotfl:

Look at the positives, learn to translate negative into positive (in a 'stress really suits me' fashion) but your health is important. Running and physical activity is not only about loosing weight it is about keeping (?) your sanity - well, this is how I do it anyway.
I very rarely disagree with KC but on this point I am on the other side of the universe - the fact that you know that you can loose a stone in five weeks means nothing. You have to loose it and keep it off; then loose some more.
Which brings me to MG's point - long term success in both health and fitness and personal finance is about different kind of balances. It is not a sequence of sprints - it is a triathlon.
Btw, you are doing well - I admire you greatly for that. But dropping exercise may be a mistake. It is a different matter that I think you were pushing running too hard - you said you love it, but if you loved it enough you could't give it up. It is an addiction.

Yes I know - I'm resisting but I know the temptation will be too much though I said I would never succumb to a kindle or any incarantion of it. The down load thingy has already been down loaded so not long now before I completely capitulateBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

:kisses3::kisses3: to you, FW, and MrB both
Some people don't have the energy for all of it at once, FW! And tho I totally agree with you about the long term reality of needing to keep on losing weight, people have to go at their own pace - if you read what MrB's been doing, in such a short time, I think he's done great.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I'm with FW here.
You could focus on three things;
1. Writing
2. Running
3. Debt reduction
Post off your records in little chunks say 5 records a week.
If you love your running surely you will fit it in somewhere. You seem to feel better for it.
