(ducks, dodges bullets) I have no excuses for not running today, other than for a week off, this has been one of the busiest times I've had and I'm shattered and none of the ebay (£350 so far) /kindle (5 sales so 5x26p royalties to me - another £1.30) stuff would have happened without MSE. So in a way it's your fault. But then without MSE I wouldn't have been running anyways....

I am informed from the back of the seed packet and an article in a paper that cauliflower can be sown now and of course peas and broad beans to give early crops next spring. have never tried cauli's before but have grown early peas and beans before. good luck

Thanks Verbatim and all - will pick up some seed this week and set a job for next weekend - get the ground prepared and get started!

No excuses for not running tomorrow - so please feel free to castigate and disapprove if there is no early morning post-trundle smugness from me at silly o'clock.

This is a quote from you yesterday. Karmacat's far too soft on you.

Morning B, had a look at your book reviews on Amazon, eekkk, bit scared now. Fortunately don't have a Kindle and don't want one, like books, real paper, tangible smelly old books, so i'll have to put you as a search on ebay and see what appears.
Facinated now '' probably not one to leave on your coffee table for the mother in law to pick up ''. Pandora's box indeed??

Maybe best you don't go out in the wee small hours now as you'll have MSE stalkers asking for a free autograph...

'Bloodstained Fivers' sounds more my sort of thing (especially with the attention span as it is) - but I'm another one without Kindle. Did I read somewhere that there's an ap for that? Or in my case, something I can download to my particular dinosaur (desktop PC)?

    Mr B - hope you've enjoyed your run? ;)
