B&Q r&c grabbits post here, and please help to force B&Q to upgrade its R&C system!!!

Orders reserved at 9ish were not printed off to find until after 4pm yesterday. By then nothing left, no phone calls until i rung up to query before setting off.

On a positive note B&Q Castleford were on the ball, reserved some of the £5 beanbags about 9am, got a call around 2pm to say that they had been put aside.

I reserved yesterday morning at stechford birmingham, I couldnt collect till today the email said but I'd had no phone call or email to say they were oos. Just to be sure I gave them a quick ring before I left to go pick them up. Surprise surprise none of my items where in stock. what a waste of time their system is just glad I rang before going out in the rain.

I had to travel to a store 27 miles away to collect an item I had reserved, when I found out it was OOS I asked to speak to the manager who agreed to reimburse my fuel costs both ways at 50ppm. This was a month or so ago but may be worth knowing if your travelling to collect items.

Just been to store picked up 9 disposable bq £1 for 2 got 8 for camping next year also got a bucket bq for £2 and got my £15 chimena i reserved

No phone call to say it was out of stock and i didnt get there till 11am.
shop not busy and reservation bit was not busy at all.

Filton B&Q. Reserved last night, phoned around 10am to say not in stock, when I asked what the point of R&C is then she snorted at me saying that not everyone that reserved can get them some cheaply, and by the time they'd gotton round to mine there where none left. Crap system.

same here reserved my chimena, no call to say oos went to the store to collect my bargain then nothing
