Rang and reserved the Blue mosaic fire pit which had been reduced to £25.00. Managed to ring and reserve for B&Q Stoneferry Hull, had a text to say would be ready to collect after 07.00am tomorrow, guess what got a phone call this afternoon to say no longer available BUT went to B&Q St Andrews today abour 14.30 and there were two there in stock dispite showing as out of stock on ring and reserve!! I picked one up and there was still one there at 14.30 so maybe someone can dash down there and still get lucky? B&Q ring and reserve may as well not exist it is a waste of time and web space Get your act together B&Q!!!

I reserved 2 packs of ball-pool balls which stated available however got phone call to say not in stock.

I got a call earlier to say that the Kite i reserved was not in stock.

Another call 20 mins later to say that another customer had decided they did not want theirs, so would I still like it?

Better service from this store than others in my area!

yes, I have visited the B&Q website from the chimenea thread that was posted earlier... and it has to be the worst website I have ever come across!!!!!

Has put me off B&Q!!!

But if it's a bargain then people are going to snap it up... a lot of wasted journeys... costing people money in petrol.... I nearly travelled a 50 mile round trip today until i read about the flaws in B&Q's dreadful reserve and collect system... read the comments and decided against it!!!

A good way to focus the minds of such companies is to stop shopping there. Although I may have used the word "focus" unconsciously, because we all know what happened to them!
