B&Q huge discounts on outdoor furniture, camping, kites etc

Hi, the b&q website is driving me nuts. I have items in basket which are showing up as in stock in my selected store but I don't seem to have the option to reserve and collect, only to save for later. Is this standard?

I ordered a few bits last thursday early in the morning (to collect fri) - but I had a feeling that waiting a day would result in items going oos, so I went in a couple of hours later - so glad I did - this is what I saw
1. items were incorrectly priced (higher)
2. staff were taking orders over the phone, removing items off the shelves (and customers were not ordering one of each item eg 3 big BBQs, 4 tents etc)
3. I stood at the till with my items (prices checked first - same as website) SA said they had the labels but did not have the time to put them on.
4. heard 2 SAs at the customer services desk talking about all the reservations they had to pick - the pile was about 3 inches high - these customers probably won't get their orders now

Oh yes - on Friday I received a phonecall - all items oos! what a surprise
