When I rang the store I'd reserved items in to check they had them, I was told they aren't honouring reserve and collect and it's 'first come, first served'. I hope it isn't the same in all the stores but, if it is, don't celebrate until you physically have the items.

I have made a few reservations today.

One store rang to say they had most of my items, but not all of them, do I want them to save the bits they have for me? So I said yes.

The other store rang to say "it's B+Q about your order we don't have it in stock" was the voicemail, so no idea which order it was for!
