just bveen to B&Q scotswood...lots of stuff still in stock but moving fast...managed to get a 12ft trampoline enclosure for £5!!! bargain, also a chiminea for £20 and the starter tent set for £5...I wanted the sleeping bags but none in stock so the guy suggested the set as it has 2 bags included in with it. He also said that they would be ringing round today cancelling most of the 200 reserve and collects they had waiting!!

Just been back to my local to pick up one of the 4 man starter sets for £30 and 2 padded sun loungers for £10 each. Wish I could thank you twice OP, I'm delighted with my bargains

Got a chiminea for £10 but just opened it to set it up and it's broken going to take it back tomorrow (hopefully spy some different bargains whilst in there!)

My R&C guy phoned me to say one of my 10 items wasn't there ... I asked him was there anything similar in the sale - he said yes, so he put that by instead. very helpful!

Chelmsford had quite a lot in. They had a mosaic firepit table £25, lots of swing benches in black for £20 and the st lucia 6 piece set £29?, and lots of the twin disposable bbqs for £1, small bucket bbqs £2 and lots more...

Any one seen any of the 30 pound starter tents in any of the manchester ,bury stores have ordered a reserve and collect but dont think there will be any in so may try a trip out later if any one has seen any .

SO went to collect the order of Kites that I had done, after already being told that they could not supply all of them.

Imagine my surprise when going through the till was a member of staff with not one, not two but three identical kites, that were unavailable for me to reserve!
The next person through the till was another member of staff with a load of things put by, and so was the next!

When I finally got my order, there was 2 large stacks of stuff behind the tills which other member of staff were adding to.

Being honest, the staff where helpful and when I pointed out that one of the BBQ's they had was one I wanted did try to find one for me....

I have no issue with staff being able to reserve things, but when they are taking multiples of one item that is in demand, especially when you never know if they just decided they wanted it whilst picking your order........

ANyway, went to second B+Q and managed to get the RObson BBQ for £15, even though the sign said £60 odd. THe guy who did the price check was back there getting the last for himself whilst I tried to find a cover for mine...ANd I am fairly sure (will check) I did a reserve nad collect for one and was told it wasn't available, so outright lies!

One useful thing I did get told, was that the store was having a delivery tonight, so may be more availability in th emorning.
