    Thanks for the kind thoughts.

I did indeed meet the Mad Cow for lunch, although to be fair I scoffed whilst she was a paragon of virtue.

I've been taking it as easy as I can. Was in Fife two days running so found a cheapy hotel and stopped over, my businesscan pick up the costs. Sleep was more important.

Another weekend beckons, and a Bank Holiday at that. Whoopee - nae pay but and extra day...yay :rotfl:

    Taxi,

I've spend the weekend just falling asleep. I'm hoping it's becasue I can rather than because I have to (if that makes any sense). I'm going to keep a packed bag in the car so I can check into a hotel if I get too tired. The trips over to Fife are tiring. :A

Well today is a Bank Holiday and I've not had one of those off in, 20 years, OMG old alert.

Positives, it's dry (for now) and I've had a nice longish lie.:j

Negative, nae pay for the day :o

    So plan of attack:
    1. Do the company accounts
    2. Do company expenses
    3. Do wages
    4. Bank 100 club win (£45 whoo woo)
    5. Create decent files for company and this contract
    6. Take small boy and husky out somewhere
If I can clear that lot, I'll be happy :D

Was berating myself for the fact we didn't cook at home much at all last week and spent a small fortune. Defence to my myself is that doing that allowed me to chill and sleep and work everyday.

This week we've done a big shopping with lots of nice easy food to prepare and I've bought a mini cool bag to take sandwiches or salads to work. I'm usually quite happy grabbing these wherever I work but this company's aren't very nice, so tastier and much more MSE solution - win win.

Well done on getting all the jobs done.
Don't be too hard on yourself as you will be surprised at the exhaustion that takes over somes days but it does subside eventually.Just please go with what your body is telling you and don't try to fight it.
I used to beat myself up over it until my Dr told me to go with the flow.Your boday has been through so much and sometimes it needs to stop to catch up xxx take care xx

Thanks Taxi...it's always good to hear that its not just me going insane.

This week was a shorty at work with the Bank Holiday but definately the most challenging so far as issues had to be finxed and people not playing by the "nice" rules sorted out. In all honesty it means the honeymoon's over and the job started in earnest which is good. Also made it through the 1st month probabtionary period which means I have to be given a months notice now, which on a 6 month contract is pretty good. :j

Really big news, ex-OH has finally left dad's old house and returned to Englandshire. I was down there this morning starting to sort out the mess that was left....let's all agree NEVER to mention the fridge...so piles of stuff for friends, charity and skips will be sorted over next couple of week, then deep clean, repaint in and out, garden sorted and back on the market.

Unfortunately bank hasn't processed the joint to single bank account form I handed in, in person on Friday 13th April. So when he phoned in his change of address details last week they now moved what should be my personal current account to his new address 400 miles away.:mad::mad:
