Hello all.
Sorry for disappearing.
I finished radiotherapy and then the burns appeared. Oncology refused to see me for days and by the time they did it was all a bit nasty and needed morphine.
Good news is that it's all cleared up now and I've got a new job.
Started at a establishment well known and loved by my good friend Flying Fresian...although she's sensibly hiding on a different site.
I'm two weeks in and loving being back but silly tired. However there is no phased return in my line of work so I'm just being sensible and having lots of early nights and such.
Ex OH is finally (fingers crossed) moving out of my dad's but providing zero support in running the flats, so I still doing all of that too.
Saw FF a few weeks ago which was lovely. Toby obviously read his "cute kitten" York Notes and obligingly chased his tail and cuddled up to FF with kitten purr set to full power.
Small Boy finishes school next week, with just exams to turn up for, so another major milestone. He's starting to get conditional college offers so just needs to pass his Highers.
Grandad is still as mad as the proverbial box of frogs and the Husky has acquired a mini space hopper toy she defends to the death.
All is well here and I hope everyone is hale and hearty.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
 to the burns but pleased they are now cleared up.
Hope you complain about wait to be seen as that is unacceptable.
Yah (I think) to job.
Best of Scottish for small boys exams.
Great to hear from you.
