Juice Youself Thin...recommended by LB because it mentions chemo and radio therapy and the fact this can help (can't see how it could hurt truth be told). And not because I have a huge lardy !!!!! (yeah right).

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Juice-Master-Yourself-Slim-Healthy/dp/0007267142/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1325096791&sr=8-7

So I've signed up with Chev and Bloater to shift the lard but mainly as a by product of getting fitter again, building up some arm strength again (when I'm allowed before everyone starts smacking me) and trying to be in a fit state to do radiotherapy.

It's quite hard to constantly have to pick yourself up and feel better to know you've got to turn up to be smacked back into the ditch again. Your sig says it best Beanie, "Fall down seven times, stand up eight". With chemo, surgery and radio it comes to "Fall down 33 times, stand up 34". I'm up for the 9th time!!

Making a list of stuff to do in 2012.

Does anyone remember that site where you could create a giant list and tackle over 1000(??) days?

:T just had a look at that link and may purchase that book for myself! :j

I was looking for a detox and that seems to have good reviews :T might help sort out my IBS from over indulging at chrimbo too :rotfl:

    Thanks for sharing link :D

Well started the Juicy Diet today. I've had 3 drinks and a very large salad. My co-dieter has had 3 drinks, 4 slices of toast and a fish supper. Lets see what approach works. maybe broon suace will break down fat molecules, meanwhile I shall be smugly virtuous.

I haven't got myself organised to juice anything yet. But I did have a light breakfast and a light lunch. I am trying very hard to remember that my OH can eat FAR more than me and not put on weight, so my portions should be FAR less. It is hard though, as I have got into the habit of having pretty much the same as him. Which is why I am now 3 stone heavier than when we got together.....

Thanks Chev and SH, this lark isn't easy is it. Problem is food is well nice :D

Had two smoothies today, breakfast one was good and I think we'll keep that going when we're into 2 drinks and normal food mode.

Juice 2 apples and add to blender with
    Ice
    2 tablespoons fat free yoghurt
2 tablespoons mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 big handful of museli (I had one with lots of fruit and nuts in).

Whizz up to the consistency you fancy, so bit crunchy and chewy or completely smooth.

Kept us both filled up for hours (and SB is 6 foot brick ****house!)
