Seriously worry not and get yourself well. Daniel can scoff as many mini desserts as space and butterfly prawns will allow. I'll pop him down to the weighbridge on Friday morning before I start juicing him!!

Lots of other times to come and we'll catch up as soon as you feel better. If you do have an amazing rally if would be fantabulous to see you and SB going head to head over Dr Who Scene It!!

It certainly would be a way to get more fruit especially into me....hmm we'll see..just drinking enough none caffeinated stuff would be a start. Though not today as I slept very poorly last night. Fresian sudafed has pseudoephadrine in it which is like caffeine on speed. I can't take them after midday or else I am wired awake at 4am like you. Not good.

    Ah. That makes sense.

I took my last batch at 8.30pm last night which explains me still being awake at half four this morning. Last ones today were taken at half four this afternoon, and I'm knackered right now so hopefully I'll sleep!
