Off to take a whack of painkillers and on to bed. Planning to go into the office tomorrow but my last meeting ends about 3pm so looking to take off earlyish.
Just booked tickets for Enders Game on Sunday and left SB with debit card so he can book Dr Who tickets when they're released to cinemas tomorrow. Unfortunately it's also the choir day trip to Anstruther so is going to be very tight timewise. I love Fife but hate the fact I'm driving all round the houses to get to somewhere I can see out the window. I'll see you at Cineworld then - I'm going to try and get tickets too0

Forgot to add I've been signed off by counsellor as sane
Couple of sessions still available but I can bank then in case I need them later. He was a huge help and I think I've turned a few corners, eg phoned hospital today, asked to be seen as I was in discomfort, told work this is what I'm doing. Would have never gone until crippled before so positive steps.
Also seriously considering his challenge that I should consider retiring sooner rather than later...maybe a 5 year plan for that one...will require money but mentally I think I could now. So big changes afoot.
Challenge 1 is mortgage on full offset by Christmas, I'm about £13.5k short at the moment but paid over £102k this month and on track to punt the remainder in December. :j:j:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Moo are they just doing 1 screening or a couple over the weekend.
Think SB trying for Vue at OCean T. I'm with choir that day in Anstruther. Nipping over bridge pronto will be required.
Any idea what time the simultaneous broadcast is?:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
Hope you're feeling better soon.2018 totals:

KJ I never knew what you do, but I would be interested in a pm just to satisfy my curiosity. 102k in a month. HOLY COW!
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

I assumed that was a mis-type, but if it isn't, then, kissjenn, I'd love to know too! Please send pm to put me out of my misery!

Hi guys,
no big secret I'm a freelance PRoject Manager. Most of the money came from selling my dad's house, the one I'd already bought a huge share in from my brother.
I never spend what I earn. I've been very very broke when I was married, then divorce cost me an arm and leg so now I squirrel away. Thank goodness as I earned nothing 17 out of 26 months in last couple of years
I've no loans and only cc is paid off in full each month. I'm here because I need to keep an eye on what I do spend so I can get mortgage paid off and then nest egg in case I get sick again. Don't know if I can bounce as high 3rd time round.
BTLs generate no income but if I can keep them going a while longer I may be able to at least sell and break even, especially as ex-oh has his hand out for half of any profits but believes all loses are mine :mad::mad:
Anything else you like to know just ask...the £13k will be a dividend from the company. I only take enough salary to satisfy NI thresholds so money builds up there and there's always a reserve for tax and vat. Again I'm very nervous about ever being caught short.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

There's one on at Cineworld on the Saturday and I think that's it. I got my tickets this morning though
I suspect that other cinemas will follow suit, but I have my trusty cinema card so used that (still cost me £6.50 though. BAH!)0
