    Hi KC,

I really enjoyed it. Well done and full of action but thought provoking too. Was quite graphic in part so 12A was justified, but of course eejits turn up with 6 year olds. Not appropriate imho, both for the images and the moral ambiguity which they'd completely miss...anyone under 10 would leave thinking war is a game and kids are good at it.

And while high on my moral horse I found this little video today...WONGA 1935 style?? http://havefunwithhistory.com/movies/financing.html

Hope everything's ok with you and yours tonight.

The contrasting preparations of DFW and Wol are epic. Let's hope it is a literal storm in a teacup.

Storm in a teacup for me, thankfully, though a quarter of a million people are without power, the tv news is saying, and still no trains there are so many trees down. Plus quite a few houses damaged ... I'm grateful to have come out of it unscathed ...

You and yours okay, kissjenn? I know you're out of the main area, but winds up in NW *England* were a bit fierce last night ...

A wee bit huff and puff. Nothing much at all - thankfully.

Took dog for a walk about an hour ago...wind and rain were icy cold. I met a complete stranger, also soaking, who confided he was going straight home to get his PJs on...ditto.

Choir tomorrow for 3 hours. Hoping it hangs off long enough for me to get into the hall otherwise pneumonia will be beckoning.

Boss was severely delayed getting into London this morning. His train kept saying in another 10 minutes for 2 solid hours. We were very lucky up here.

Choir was good tonight but tired now.

I'm working from home tomorrow which is always good then in Edinburgh Thursday and Friday.

I think my backs filling up with fluid again. Surgeon said if it needed drained again he would put something in it...but I didn't pick up the term so no idea what "something" actually is. Hopefully just an injection of summat or other.

Otherwise all is well here at the ranch with 2 NSDs so far this week :D
