    Fridge is fixed :j

Work is done with office tomorrow but agent is stopping buy to ply me with coffee and cake in the afternoon :j:j

Decided to toddle off to night school although temptation was to sit at home. Made the right decision and proved I can't sing but did feel much more relaxed for going :j:j:j

And in very MSE news have had 3rd NSD in a row. Needs some odds and sods tomorrow but despite severe temptation to grab fast food on way home I cooked some sausages and had sarnies before night school. Very proud of myself :j:j:j:j

    Been very lazy updating :o

Worked all week, admittedly a couple of days completely from bed but everything got done. Now taking on a couple of extra roles to top up project I de-scoped on Monday. So next week will be busy and certainly in office for Mon to Wed at least.

End of month expenses, salary, timesheets and invoices all done ready for Monday.

Spoken to Sheriff Officers and Police. Neither want anything to do with squatter flat and my guys are reluctant to progress as they can't get him in and he's changed the locks. I read diaries and people get harassed and threatened and folks turn up at their doors for nothing, I've got legal cause and I can't get anyone to help me  So all official notifications are done for the original tenants and will be served next week. Looks like I have to do legal route for them even though they vacated months ago.:mad:

I've checked my O2 account today. On a £22 a month contract which has been fine but that shot up to £87 this month. I've been on conference calls to freephone numbers which I had to drop the leading 0 from. Now they did say I would be charged but wasn't expected £10 an hour. If I'd dialled the non-freephone 0207 number they'd have been free. Live and learn.

My BT account has just been checked also. I'm £39 in credit. So I've upped the packed to £7 a month to anytime calls and half price mobiles and paid all my line rental a year in advance £141. In total that should save me around £75 a year so worth doing.

NPower, bane of my life. At the start of the year they worked out they hadn't been charging me enough at £122 per month gas/elec combined. So without warning they upped the DD to over £500 per month. They took two of those and then we (with MacMillian) negotiated down (:rotfl:) to £281 per month. The debt has now dropped to £32 from about £1100 so that's good but no bill due til Dec for some reason. However if I keep paying the £281 I'll be over £500 in credit when the bill hits hopefully mitigating it by a large extent.

Santander Mortgage - have all the details to contact them on Monday to transfer monies over and set up electronic account. No idea how to actually pay this off, do I need a solicitor etc. If anyone knows I'd be grateful. It's a flexible mortgage so I can overpay and pay off without penalty.

Shopping is reined in as is eating out / takeaways. We're back to meal planning which SB loves and helps me schedule better now I'm back at work.

Saw counsellor on Thursday. He think I'm doing well and is going to find some material for me about Aspergers so I can understand SB a bit better. AGain if anyone has ideas, or experience I'd love to hear.

Finally started two night school classes this week. SInging Together is a community choir which is fun and destressing. Criminology is more academic and study orientated, no exams tho. I do love a good classroom so very happy with these and glad I made myself go...I'm such a lazy sod really :rotfl::rotfl:

Nobody here is in a coma...certainly not you two.

Made a massoosive chicken pie for dinner with mash and broccoli. Took some thro to grandad and he ate the lot which is good. SB hoovered up half and is full and happy. No leftovers, in fact...but all of us well and truly had our 5-a-day.

Making soup tomorrow which will do for lunches and leftover pizza for dinner.

Out somewhere with SB tomorrow. Dont know where yet but hopefully we can let the husky romp.

    Have a good evening all.

Me too Beanie - I think mine runs until I'm 70 ..... not quite sure what to do at that - either  or  or :rotfl:

KJ one thing to check about paying it off early - check you don't have any early repayment fees / final admin costs to pay if you pay it off totally

Chicken pie sounds yum :) really must get my butt into gear and start making proper meals again :o

Hope you're having a nice walk with the Husky - I went to the big beach probably about mid way between us and it was absolutely heaving :(

Maisie (who has come on fantastically well the last 3 months or so:T) and is probably really good for maybe 29/30 walks now :) ..... errr lets just say it was obviously walk 30 today

It really was too busy and there were far too many people / other dogs around and her attention span was absolutely useless!

    Thanks Rising.

I'm going to phone Santander tomorrow to try and understand what my options are. My understanding is that I've no fees (expecting maybe something for deeds or admin) but not x% early redemption. I'll let you know what they say.

I've made cookies and soup and ready now to crawl back into bed. Not looking forward to tomorrow at all...I can't shake this lurgy and sore throat

Nephew's 21st is wrapped up and ready to go in post tomorrow. SB will do that. See how much that little bundle will cost.

And most importantly, timesheet day tomorrow. Need to get that agreed and I can invoice for September. If HMRC finally get their act together as well, that'll make for a happy bank balance (lets just forget for a moment that VAT's due in October ).
