Thank you all.
Saw surgeons yesterday. Surgery is definitely next Monday and I'll be in for about 5 days. They're going to give me 2 pain pumps due to my extreme woosiness...such nice people.
Kittens are getting bigger every day and bonding nicely with the husky.
Nurses have put me back on the syringe pump again to try and combat the sickness. They're adding morphine into the mix from tomorrow so I think I'll be napping til Monday...not good for the paperwork.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Thank you
Syringe driver failed yesterday so night service had to come out and fix and give me a jab. I've taken lots of oral morphine (yuck yuck yuck) and everything's back up and running.
Feeling tired and teary but not sure why I want to cry. A friend from work who's on maternity leave is coming round in a wee while and we'll take the baby for a stroll. Then I need to buckle down and get some shopping in for SB next week.
I've some empty freezer space so some zappable food plus eggs and takeaways will keep him going.
Best thing is he's got the kittens and husky to keep him company and for him to take care of. Next week will fly by for him.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

There are lots of bright yellow stickies dotted around so I remember to pay important bills, pack my bags and ensure I take ipad/kindle, adaptors, phone, pens and pad etc.
I need to check I've downloaded all the games and tv programmes I fancy. Don't think they'll have any wifi ther.
Just reminded me to grab puzzlebooks that my friend bought me. I really am a lucky so and so.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
