Tesco misprice discussion area part 17

One observation I would like to make on the prospect of any change to the policy is:
Tesco are taking a big gamble to change the policy, they are gambling that the prospect of detecting and identifying a misprice will no longer be a viable option to the serial guy, they are gambling that as a result he will go away, {many will} they are gambling that the press will not pick up on it and that if they do the backdraft will be managable, they are gambling that the current level of pricing integrity will at least prevail if not rise, they are gambling that if it doesn't there won't be enough of us left to exert similar pressure in the future!

New notice up in my local Tesco, must have been done in the last 48 hrs...
Double difference policy now looks as if it's in force. Bought a tesco dinner marked £6.xx, however sel £7.xx and scanned at sel price.
Didn't have time to chase up r&r or test new olicy, but will return item tomorrow for clarification.

But it is changing, mistakes will still happen, but thats life folks, some are the fault of PI but most are system errors in my opinion0 -

hehe, too many idiots wanting to be american and spelling it kliq (and even worse pronouncing it click). =]Why no hard evidence yet?
Even after evidence is provided some people won't beleive it and will still scream and shout that it isn't changing.
I think there has been enough anecdotal evidence from so many different sources to show that it is likely to change, so shouting "PROVE IT, Show me the evidence" just looks stupid. wait a week or two and everyone will have all the proof (or lack of..) they need.ॐ Signature Removed by Someones Mum. ॐ0 -
