No it really is changing in the 19th

Yes I am a numpty:rotfl:

Will the system that drives the PI dept ever get better ? Prob not in my lifetime no ;)

But it is changing, mistakes will still happen, but thats life folks, some are the fault of PI but most are system errors in my opinion
Sometimes I wake up grumpy, other times I let him sleep !:rotfl:

"All your post serves to do is wind people up"

What have I actually said? I've been directly called pig headed, ignorant and a bit about Oi blah blah.

All I've said is anybody who don't do their job properly is a numpty. And the mods should take action lol

I appologise for disturbing the clique.
Quotes in context only please.

Well within the last 24 hours....

So there's no numpties at Tesco eh?

Nobody admits to being a numpty, but there seems to be few working for Tescos.

Tesco should think of a way to keep R&Rs but tackle the greedy sods...
...eeeerrrr like, make their staff do their jobs properly

Not pleasant...but inflammatory and bating - yes.

But interesting that your historic attitude towards Tesco staff was this:
TGM wrote:
There are one or two CS folkwho are great

And your attitude towards R&R seems to fluctuate...

You should'nt feel uncomfortable at all, Tesco's are fair game. Just look at it as a kind of sport

But I don't believe in filling your whole damn trolley up with an R&R

Anyhow - you asked fella, you asked.

Why don't you just draw a line under what has gone before and just be pleasant to the community.

Treat people as you wish to be treated and you shouldn't go too far wrong.

can you put those quotes in context please? plucking quotes is all well and good. But I'm absolutely sure if you looked at each subject in question it would throw a different complexion on each quote.

thank you

~
No, personally, I don't care.

~~A final thought, how many companies advertise the fact that they do a R&R for overcharges? Tesco don't, they may have a sign up behind the CSD but that's as far as it goes. When they remove the policy, the average customer won't even realise.
(my highlighting)

Hello manager1975
~You reiterate this - report to the Head, now please(Offence-unbent knees).
Then this -

~~Moneysavers are fully aware of this, hence what some consider an excess of zeal on the part of many. HENCE THIS THREAD!
There is something sardonic, knocking and calculating in that last sentence, too. It could read thus: ' Been overcharged? so what?

Ahh...I love it when that word gets spelt correctly :D .

Why no hard evidence yet? The document is not in store yet (apart from a rouge email, it would appear, that hit a handful). I have heard my Group Shrink Manager mention it and I know my Services Manager has had a bit of detail. However, until I see it in front of me...Speculation is futile.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure
• Well, I've just about got time to read the replies to my posts, certainly not got the time to reply to them all

I only came on here to let you know about the policy change, yet I've been met with a fair amount of grief. Oh well, such is life on a forum. I'm not about to defend Tesco, not because they're indefensible but I really don't see the point in trying to reason with those who are beyond reason. As with all forums, there are lots of nice people but a few who are really angry for one reason or another. After all, I could have just not said anything and came back on after the policy change and gloated, if that was the point of my original post. It wasn't, so that's it.

Soon to be redundant R&r-ers may like to apply for positions as Quote Pluckers. Job satisfaction rates highly according to TGM.

Salary? Answers on a postcard, please. Lucky prize draw in the event of no correct guess. Suggestions?

But I'm absolutely sure if you looked at each subject in question it would throw a different complexion on each quote.

No, because responses are offered to source.

Dude is waiting for you.
