no havnt refunded yet waiting till i have my dress back, but i am fully excpecting her to open a INR or she is waiting till the dress is returned to me to save paying return postage
If she hasn't collected it yet, she's not going to I shouldn't have thought. You need to be tracking it down yourself & making sure that it gets back to you safely.
She can prove with the tracking that she hasn't received the dress, if she opens an INR you will have to refund her, without you getting the dress back.
  • You say she agreed to a mutual..have you opend the cancellation request and has she accepted it already?
If so then she cant open a INR now..I fell for that one once!
She has the loaded handbag of someone who camps out and seldom goes home, or who imagines life must be full of emergencies..

Buyer can as paypal is a stand alone company- so an INR claim can be opened and won by buyer as seller cannot prove delivery.

  • Op, you need to be proactive with the del company. I am concerned that the dress has been collected from the PO as at mine they don't have scanners and release parcels without updating the tracking.

She could have collected but it will show as at the PO. She will win a INR.
  • Yeh have opened it buyer agreed and its now closed, i thought that she would probley be able to do one through paypal but wasnt sure, How long does she have to open one? Its been 25 days now as the money was released from hold on friday. just had a reply off parcel force basically saying its up to me to chase my parcel and giving me a phone number to ring for the sorting office so shall give them a call in the morning
  • A mutual isn't a 'case' as such. Forgive me i havent read back but i think its just a mutual you've done? She can open a INR or SNAD only once. She has 45 days from date of payment. She can do a chargeback for unauthorised payment 180 days from purchase. Hang on to everything but get that dress back!
