Is your return address on the parcel? Surely if she doesn't collect, the parcel will just get returned to sender?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

The help pages of Parcel Force, http://www2.parcelforce.com/help-information/frequently-asked-questions/arrange-redelivery
I wonder if as the original sender, you can contact them & ask for them to deliver it back to you, rather than hoping it gets returned to sender at some time.

Find the number of the delivery office & see if it's still there. Most items are only left for 3 weeks before being sent back, so it may already have gone. You need to make sure that it gets back to you.

The advice above is for Royal Mail, I'm not sure about parcel Force but will be in the link that I gave you last time.
I don't know whether she can still open a claim if she's agreed to a mutual but it's an expensive way to find out, if she can. You need to be sorting this out, not leaving it as you could find yourself out of pocket a lot.
Maybe the girls story about her relationship going belly up is true & she can't bring herself to deal with it at the moment.
  • no there isnt a dispute open yet, she cant be that heartbroken she been omn ebay buying a bridal necklace loads of diffrent books and a fridgefreezer since so i dont belive her story
  • You haven't refunded her yet have you? Hope you manage to get sorted. x
