Went in to collect my reservation only to be told it has been pick up by a gentleman in the morning.

I was real speechless and dun know Wat to say and just leave.

Now real annoy at myself for not putting up a fight , as I overheard , when she was looking up the system she say it might be in those ' pile '

I would go back in the morning if your close by and try again. Maybe they have said this to people to keep them for staff.

Oh no :( you should have been ready for an argument, I was expecting something like that to happen to me (its happened before with popular kids toys at xmas) they try and fob you off and bag the reservation for themselves! After I bought mine today there was one left awaiting collection, the boy who served me didn't know about the prices till he served me he then referred to the other one I could see on shelf and said its not reserved for you is it? and then smiled, I knew he was going to or at least try to take it for himself.

The pile was probably there in case you did argue with them.

I just looked at their refunds policy and it say they will take 20% or £60 which ever greater for items you change your mind on?? any advise will be appreciated :)

Legally you will get all the money back, but given the fact they said this in the policy it'll be a hard old job. But legally 100% refund is due, so keep going!

    :(

The problem is that your reservation number would have dropped off as uncollected this evening, so even if you complain you might get an apology but you wont get the touchpad so it won't make you feel any better :(

Distance Selling Regulations indicate that you can return them within 7 days of receipt and get a refund (minus the postage cost which you pay).

Amazing, it's totally illegal to even suggest that 20 percent. They have to pay back everything you paid, you just pay for the return post. They have to pay the original postage.

I ordered one into store the other day (argues) what's the likelyhood of it actually being delivered to the store and me getting one?

I had previously reserved one at pc world also the day before they dropped the price! Didnt realise until it was too late that they had so couldn't get there in time to pick it up :(
