Hi !
And do you know if this web site is safe because all of the bags are on sale?
this web site : www(.)mulberryoutletyorkwebsite(.)co(.)uk
Thank you
ps : sorry for my mistakes I'm not english0 -
sissidurand, it is a Chinese website which means that everything they sell will be counterfeit.

Not only that but the site also hosts Billingcheckout.com which according to Web of Trust is 'Used for the distribution of "rogue" security or other such applications.'

Don't buy from this website. I would also advise you to scan your computer with your anti-virus. As a further precaution you may wish to download, install and run the latest version of the free Malwarebytes software. This will check for any malicious software on your system.

I'm trying to buy Mulberry bags for my mom. Then I have found the website listed (i believe they are both fake):
luvipol.co.uk/
immef.com/
I bought one for over £170 on the second website. However, I didn't receive any email for the payments and the order. Then I realised I was too naive to believe the website. I moved almost all the money in my current account to my saving account, trying to stop the payment going (don't know if it works).
The payment website shows the order will be processed to the bank wihin 24 hours. But I even don't have the order number!!!!!I don't think I typed my email address wrong several times. What should I do!!! Anyone with this kind of experience?0 -
Hi LYYX, my mum has placed an order for a Mulberry bag on the Luvipol website. The money has been taken from her bank account but so far no bag has been received. Can you let me know if you received your bag & if so, whether it was a genuine Mulberry please. I am now getting really worried as it seems too good to be true. Many thanks.0

I didn't receive the bag I bought on the website. It shows 'processing' for two weeks on the website. I think the bags sold on this website is not genuine and you can contact the seller for refund.0 -
Both Immef.com and Luvipol.co.uk are Chinese websites. That means if they send you anything it will be badly made counterfeit rubbish that will fall to bits within weeks. You'll also have to pay 20% VAT and the £8 Royal Mail handling charge in addition to the cost of your bag. On the other hand they won't send you anything and just keep your money. If you're really unlucky they may try to clone your credit card as well.
Maccamooby and LYYX, you need to contact your credit/debit card company about making a chargeback. See this MSE guide on what to do:

My advice I highly doubt a brand like Mulberry have outlet websites, HOWEVER.....they do have an outlet shop at the factory in Shepton Mallet in Somerset when I bought my beautiful Mulberry bag from, prob miles from you but the savings are quite good a couple of hundred off most bags I would say they are old stock etc but still lovely. I also found out recently that they dont sell online but you can call the shop up and order of the phone and they will post it to you, it might be worth giving them a call and seeing if they have something there that might be of interest. When I went they prob had about 50 bags plus clothes etc. The purses are around the £100ish mark.0

These websites are all fake, Mulberry even released a statement, unfortunately, the 'cheapest' real Mulberrys that you can get at an outlet price is often still around £600 fir a Bayswater bag, I have been to two 'factory' 'outlet' Mulberry shops in York and Cheshire Oaks, still very pricey.0

I watched this on TV last night, very interesting, seems the RRP they are using is often illegal (TKMax) and should not be used as a guideline as to the true cost of the things. They use cheaper materials and finishings on the clothes made especially for outlet shops.
I give them a wide berth personally.You live..You learn.:)0 -

There are 4 official outlets in the uk.....shepton mallet, Bicester, York and Cheshire oaks. All will do mail order if you call them but they are not on line. There is also an outlet in holland and one in Ireland which again will send items within those countries. Apart from the official online site mulberry.com all others with mulberry in the title are fake so don't be conned. The outlets offer stock at up to 30% off Rrp more during their sales and on certain lines....and sometimes stock current styles that are a little substandard but normally not noticeably so...however with the prices they charge on the up and up....most bags are over £1000 now it's a considered purchase. On line sale starts on dec 24!!!!!0
