  • Hi

I found this site online, but I cannot believe the prices, i'm thinking of buying a bag but not sure if they are fakes.
    Could you help verify?

    The site is sale-mulberry.com

Sorry as a new user I cannot post the link please just add www. in front
  • Two years ago I was flying from Heathrow to Mumbai for a holiday in Goa, on browsing through the shops, as you do, I saw the most beautiful Mulberry handbag I had ever seen, the price was also the highest I had ever seen, £2,800.00, there is no way I would pay that, so I asked the assistant if I could take some photos of the bag with my camera, as I told her I could send them to my partner and he would know what handbag I wanted. She agreed.

On arrival in Goa, I took the photos to a leather shop, and they made the exact replica, of the handbag, even down to the mulberry stamps, lining everything. It cost me £50.00 and I still swear I was over charged ha ha ha ha ha ha :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Has anyone been to the York Mulberry outlet recently? I'd like an idea of the price range there for bags as i'm going next week. I'd love a bayswater but doubt they'll have any

    Thank you!

Can I make a request to the mods on this board ?

There have been a number of contributors to this thread with low post counts who publish the actual website address of the sites they are supposedly concerned as being fake.

Far be it from me to be overly suspicious but by publishing the website address of a fake/counterfeit website on a topic which is relevant to the products being sold on that website actually helps the fake website to rise in the Google rankings.

I have a strong suspicion that spammers are frequenting this topic and posting fake concerns over one website or another simply to publicise the website's address.

Can we please not post the fake website's address on this board ?

And you've ended up with a beautiful looking handbag but a fake is a fake is a fake.

  • I'm going to New York just after Christmas. Hoping to bag a bargain from a Mulberry store there as the conversion might help me out a little bit. Just wish they had outlet stores over there!

Last December they were much more expensive in new York than uk and I don't think exchange rate is better

They are vat free so 20 per cent off in mulberry duty free at heathrow- that's he cheapest usually- they were 20 per cent off at selfridges last week as well

  • My bf bought this for me using a debit card online, do we have any chance of getting our money back, it cost £200!!!!!!! I could cry!
  • Hi all
Help! I recently had a senior moment and bought a Mulberry bag from the following people - outletmulberrybags. The site looked genuine but of course....it wasnt. I am having real problems with them. It appears they are based in China.
Their site says they will refund items but on emailing them, they have pretty much said 'don't bother returning the bag as it will get lost' and 'send us some more money and we will send you another bag if you are unhappy with the bag you have'.
I have spent £100 (via credit card) and have no idea what to do now. Clearly they will not refund me. I feel so stupid for getting sucked in by them.
The bag is a fake and I am at a loss as to what to do. I think I am going to have to put it down to experience and alert as many people as possible not to purchase from these people.
Any words of wisdom from anyone?
    Many thanks!
