Certainly is! Though I feel I should include a warning that those machines can be addictive, and in normal circumstances are not a good way to save money but to lose it!

Well done winning on those machines - the most I've won is a penny chew.

My brother is excellent on those machines. I gave him two quarters when we were on holiday in the US and he came back with two teddies! I've always thought about starting up a little deal with him winning them, me ebaying them, and then splitting the profits. But he's a miserable git - a nightmare to work with!

Well, thanks to this thread, we had two bids for some old tax discs last night and sold a freebie keyring to a guy in Canada!! :T

I have put a voucher on ebay for the first time last night so fingers crossed. Again, I would never have considered it without this thread.

I have loads of old glasses (trendy frames etc just old prescriptions) - do I need to know the prescription to sell them or are they likely to sell as they are if they are in good condition?

You know the bits of green and white and blue glass that have worn smooth with the tides. You find them washed up on the beach.

Does that sell well? Seems like an odd thing to buy! Do you sell it in bulk or piece by piece? You must be patient to find all that :)
