That's strange, I've not noticed them having them on a Thursday before.

The Sunday that the auction ends is in the middle of a Bank Holiday weekend, so potentially fewer buyers around?

I'm at my mum's atm and have got my box of carp out of the shed. Totally forgot about my collection of 100+ thimbles! I've also got some books, teddies and dolls' clothes. When I get back on Tuesday I'm going to have a rummage and get rid of what I can. I mean, I love the idea of a collapsible hula hoop, but have I ever used it?? :rotfl: I'm also going to buy a roll of bubble wrap and pretty wallpaper and get cracking.

Ebay is weird isn't it? This time, I've received no notification, either by email or on the website about the free listings weekend. However, I was anticipating it, and have quite a lot of things lined up to list. With inspiration from this thread, I've now sold quite a few items, and have made £150 once all fees and postage have been paid for. Thanks so much to everybody who contributed to the thread.

Things I never thought I could sell - a USED epilator! Got several bids and about 42 watchers. I've tripled checked the listing but I do say in it a couple of times that the item is used.

eBay has been broken all day with serious problems for some sellers not being able to log in and when they do it still won't let you sell. I had problems this morning and it seemed to sort itself out later but I've been trying for the last couple of hours this evening and it is broke again.

Checking other online forums and people are having trouble all over the world with it today.

I hope they get it sorted quickly otherwise this free listing weekend will be for nothing

Ah, i thought it was just me when I couldn't log in today. PayPal was also having trouble.

I've still received no notification of the free listing weekend, and nothing shows up on any of my Ebay pages. I have got a couple of scheduled items, (scheduled for 3 weeks time, but in reality for this weekend). Would that stop them applying the free listing weekend to me. I've searched everywhere and can find no indication that I'VE got free listings this weekend.

I also had problems logging on yesterday morning, but was fine the rest of the time for me.
