go here http://ocs.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CustomerSupport type in 'verify' and there will be a list of solutions (hopefully). You can verify your seller identity by phone, PayPal etc etc

Haha thanks very much I hate them too plus i don't use much in the way of makeup or perfume etc. so not much use to me and end up in the bin, I shall remember that in the future tho!

Generally speaking these need to be branded ones - the compatible ones don't sell (not in my experience anyway)
