Anyone sure of when the next free insertion weekend is? Been told it was this weekend?“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0 -
Old/Vintage knitting & sewing patterns from before 1975 - I had a collection from when I worked in a charity shop in the 90's - the unsold portion I hasten to add! Sold one today for £2.19, another for 99p - every little helps!
My late mum had loads of knitting patterns, knitting needles and I threw them all out a few years ago when we cleared the house, that was before I had discovered Ebay for selling things. I could have made a small fortune as mum liked to collect things0 -
I am also loving this thread. The tip I got most out of was listing always on a Thursday to end 10 days later on the Sunday, oh and the scheduling - thanks to those posters x0

And with the very deepest honour to this notice, I have ripped down a 99p listing for an interesting looking map with the sole intention of relisting it for a higher amount.
I do love free listing weekends

You know all those free sample sachets you get in magazines? I saved loads over the last 4-5 months and put them on eBay and sold then for £10.50!Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

Yes, it was a mixed lot, comprising of shampoo, make-up, perfume samples and skincare. I didn't buy all the mags, some were mags my mum had read and passed on. Quite honestly, I hate the sample sachets, as I can never open them, so usually throw them away anyway!Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0 -
