Things You Never Thought You Could Sell

Well I'm shocked. Right when I started ebaying I listed 7 tampons for various flows. They didn't sell so I kept relisting them. Anyway, I thought that I'd put them on one more time and if they didn't sell, they'd be going in the bin. Before I listed them I found a well old tampax holder (the one for the long cardboard ones like my mum used to use) so I thought I'd stick that on the listing to, so it was 7 tampax and a tampax holder. Guess what! They've only gone and sold. Haha0

I suppose if you can't really get the holders much anymore, then paying a few pounds for one is a great find for someone who wants one.

Well a quick update on the tat I'm selling, 5 and 7 watchers on the perfume bottle and a bid of 99p on one. Things with bids: a Hello Kitty necklace, a blind from Ikea, a cute jewellery box and loads of watchers on other stuff which will hopefully make some pennies. We've got an enforced house move coming up and I'm a hoarder so you imagine how much stuff I have to sort out.

I don't expect there will be one this weekend but lets hope for one the weekend after.
This week, my most odd sales are:
Broken ferrari watch (broken strap and face thing)
2 ugly velvet bow ties
Some candles I bundled together as a job lot - just ones I had lying around
2 lots of fabric
A halogen heater (in summer!!! What?!)
An old sewing machine which is sooo heavy I can hardly lift it
Thats it for now. I'm hoping there will be some more quirky ones to add to the list0 -
How much did you sell your tampons for?! It's mad what people buy...Life is too short not to love what you do.0

Usually I list them for 99p but because it was a free listing weekend I had to up the price so as not to eat into my 100 free 99p ones. So I started them at £1.05 and the bidding ends in about an hour.0
