Did anyone order the genics from HT, with the 50 plus free gift?? I ordered one on back order for MIL, before she started as a rep. She now has a customer who is going to order anew from her but only if she gets the gift bag with the 50+ products, so we thought we could do an exchange on MIL's under wrong product ordered, but each item has it's own code which isn't listed in HT!! Otherwise we'll have to order a genics with the right gift and return it with the wrong one
**Bear in mind that if her order will assist you to go over the 148, you will get 5% more commission. So, you are looking at £5 extra on your first £100 of orders as well as the extra above that. So, it could well be beneficial to match Avon's offer with something like the Far and Away Gift set which will cost you £7.50 on HOV, and give her the perfume if she spends £30. You will still have the other bits from the gift set to sell separately or to use as gifts at Xmas / for big spenders etc. plus you will have a happy customer and it will help with your fastrak freebies as well.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
Thank you ladies.
It's difficult to beat free perfumes :-(
I'll see whether and if so how much in orders I may get tomorrow, if I get enough to take off her £20 order I'll offer this to her, if not I'll try to keep her order in and give her a small freebie.
But I can't even give her samples as I have just started and have no samples yet.
I did my maths and it'd be really worth to go up to £148 but can't be buying stuff just to make up my order :-(
Have a good evening
Ok... hold on! How much are you up to now? Does it include your brochures and stuff?Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

It happens occasionally. Should correct itself when you get proper invoice. The commission amounts are usually found in HT for items that aren't Avon's own.
Hope that helps.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

, It's in really tiny print at the bottom of the page.
Yes, I think you do.
My AM also emailed her team to say that if we order the genics then her boss (who 'has gone mad') will give us some free samples of creme. I don't want to quote her email on here but I found it a bit pushy and least to say not very specific (no idea how many samples). I'm sure she is working hard to motivate us but some of the wording is a bit like telesales and too much for me, personally. If someone was trying to sell sth in that way to me, I'd close the door on them, but that's my personal opinion, of course.0 -

If you check the first post it has the maths on there for when its worth bumping your order upAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Ordering brochures - when entering your order online there are some boxes at the bottom of the page where you enter how many packs of brochures you'd like.
3 packs (15 brochures) - £4.86
Every further 5 brochures of the same campaign (can't mix-and-match unfortunately) - 50p for 5
You'll have a choice of 3 campaign brochures to order. You can order all 3, any 2, or just 1. But your first 15 brochures from each different campaign will cost £4.86 - this is what I meant by "you can't mix and match" above.
When you're in C17 you'll be able to order C18, C1 and C2 books. C18 will start the day after your C17 order goes in so if you've not got them in the house yet, a week of C18 will pass before you get your delivery and your C18 books arrive. This is why it's best to order from the "middle" campaign (C1 in the example above). They're in the house before delivery day so you can get them prepped and start putting them out to customers. Personally I don't put them out because I buy lots of books and only need to get 1 use out of them per campaign, but if you want to get cracking on a new campaign straight away you need to order books in advance.
If you're about to start your 2nd campaign your upline has to provide 20 current books for that campaign. They'll drop them off separately. They might also provide some backorder books. If you want to order more books for your 2nd campaign you can add them to your order.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Oh I just started so I don't know - do the brochures come as a part of an order? How much do they cost?
I'm upp to £129.99 with £20 order from this customer and without obviously £109.99
Hi, have PM'd you to try and explain it all for you. Hope it helps.
Seriously annoys me when SLs / ASMs aren't supportive enough. I hope we can make up for any lack of help for you
Avon's perfume offer: If they are saying she has to spend £30 it's because rep commission would cover the cost of it, and Avon still make more than that on top. Your commission on her £30 order (if HOV) would cover the cost of the Far Away gift set and leave you the other products in the set to sell. So may be worth considering. Plus it well help you get HOV commission on everything else.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
I have a table for commission rates - not sure how helpful it is, but not IT savvy enough to be able to make it come out right on here! If anyone is able to transfer it, or would like a copy (it's in Office 2007) I can email it. Basically it shows the commission for LOV and the comparison of what you get for the same sales if you get over HOV, if that makes sense. You would need to take into consideration any Non- Avon products as although they will count towards your sales to give you 25% of Avon stuff, you don't get 25% of those sales if that makes sense?
