Yes, if you can phrase things so people understand you're not prying for personal details, but if there was a problem with the service there may be something you can do to sort it out if they tell you what the problem was.

Thanks for your replies. As I've only delivered to them once, I don't really feel comfortable asking them about it to be honest. But if they change their minds they have my details.

Another question for you lovely ladies- the supershock gel eyeliner- can you sharpen this with a normal sharpener? My MILs has lost its point and she only used it once! I haven't seen it but she's just been asking me how to sharpen it.

Sorry I have a few questions again, please help.

Firstly I have £133 order in total and am still doing a collection tomorrow before I put an order on Wednesday so am really, reall hoping to get to £148.

I know it's the higher earning bracket but my AM wizzed through the meeting and I even don't know what the commission is. Can you please post?

Secondly, I may not get there as have an issue with a good customer who ordered for £20. She said that if she orders for over £30 online direct from Avon she gets free deliversy and usually some freebie.

It's her b'day soon and apparently Avon sent her an email saying that if she orders for over £30 she'll get free perfume.

I can possibly get her a small freebie but can't afford perfumes! What do you do in such instances?

I know it's business and Avon is trying to make money in every way possible (including on us as I've seen from your previous posts!) but this is really annoying.

Higher earning gives you 25% and lower earning gives you 20% anything below £78 gives you nothing.

Don't really know what you can do about your awkward customer. She obviously doesn't want £30 worth of stuff otherwise she would've ordered that much so you could just take a chance order you could offered her a freebie with her £20 order but not specify what it is and make it something affordable?

Did everyone know you get a free fragrance sample with the genics? I didn't till a customer wrote it on her order form , It's in really tiny print at the bottom of the page.

I'd maybe give her a freebie, but only a shower gel or something like and some samples but other than that not a great deal you can do. But remind her she get's free delivery from you too and hassle free returns!

Yes, just a normal eyepencil sharpener.

As for the customers that say they don't want to receive anymore books maybe try a re-canvass in say 6 months?

Hi, im placing my first order from brochure 15, i started the order when my SL came to show and me and finishing it off I have added 2 pairs for Disney cars pyjamas @ £12 each, all the totals are showing in the subtotal section, but my earning column reads 0.00 is there any reason I dont get commision on these?

It's difficult to beat free perfumes :-(

I'll see whether and if so how much in orders I may get tomorrow, if I get enough to take off her £20 order I'll offer this to her, if not I'll try to keep her order in and give her a small freebie.

But I can't even give her samples as I have just started and have no samples yet.

I did my maths and it'd be really worth to go up to £148 but can't be buying stuff just to make up my order :-(
