nicki, it sounds like they have cancelled all the large gift bags as they think you have not qualified for them.

email customer service through the website - contact us form and ask them to clarify, also ask them to send you new paperwork as you cannot read yours as it was damaged by spillage.

I find they put this note on no matter what. For example, when I've been entitled to 5 of something and have had all 5 delivered, they've still put that note on the invoice.

right, need some help.

friend's daughter saw a nail varnish she likes - think it is brochure 14. I don't have the brochure. She said it was part of a set and at the beginning of the book. Does anyone know if avon are selling this nail varnish on it's own in any future books? it is the blue one? that is all I know. it came with some set that she does not want, she just likes the nail varnish and the colour.

I've got the book - it's Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel in Sequined Turquoise.

Jsut about to dash out, so haven't got time to look through online catalogues to see if it's there.
